Sir Dillon Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 And how do you change posts per page? Mine's on the default. [Edit] Nevermind, Copmike beat me to it, with better instructions... use his. ^ Quote
Vader Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Well they say revenge is a dish best served cold, so what better place than hoth for the setting of my vig. Yes *yoda* i have used spongebob himself against you! :-P Quote
PaulC Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 (edited) My vig is now under construction, and it's a chance for a Multiple-Whack! I believe in equal opportunity whacking, so I'd like to pick a bunch people who haven't had a go at been whacked yet. Step forward please oo7, Brainbox, Quarryman and Darth Legois 619. Can I whack alla youse guys? Please? Pretty please? Pretty please with studs on top? Brainbox and Darth Legois, I can make your figs quite easily I think. Quarryman: does your fig just have a plain blue torso and a plain smiley head? oo7, I'm not at all sure where your torso comes from. Help! And I couldn't resist including Sinner as well. A Walrus has been bricklinked. You have been warned. Edited July 9, 2007 by PaulC Quote
Hinckley Posted July 7, 2007 Author Posted July 7, 2007 And I couldn't resist including Sinner as well. A Walrus has been bricklinked. You have been warned. Gee, it seems everyone wants to whack the walrus... EDIT: Vader, you have a nice aayla-secura. (How's that for a pick-up line? X-D ) Where did you get it? Quote
oo7 Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 oo7, I'm not at all sure where your torso comes from. Help! Well, it's from the Durmstrang Ship from the fourth Harry Potter series. But it's really not important, as long as you have the head and a brown hat, you're good. *sweet* And yes, feel free to whack me! Quote
Wout Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Very nice vigs :-) *y* I like the kraken very much. Quote
Shakar Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Gee, it seems everyone wants to whack the walrus...EDIT: Vader, you have a nice aayla-secura. (How's that for a pick-up line? X-D ) Where did you get it? Knowing master *vader* , he made her with his hands. Take a look at his *yoda* in the vig, his eyes are painted.PaulC, what about whacking me as well? :-P Come on guys, I'm so easy to make.... :'-( Shakar Quote
El Bucanero Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 I only need Mr Bonaparte's permission to whack him and I'm in! Oooooooh Boneeeyyyy??? Mr Tiber Quote
Brainbox Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 (edited) Step forward please oo7, Brainbox, Quarryman and Darth Lego 619. Can I whack alla youse guys? Please? Pretty please? Pretty please with studs on top? Certainly, I offered didn't I. Okay, my entry's up. If Optimax is out there, I hope he doesn't mind. Edited July 7, 2007 by Brainbox Quote
PaulC Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 oo7, got the hat, got the head. Whack on! Shakar, I can only fit four whackees plus the walrus into my current design, so I had to make some tough decisions. In the end I went for figs that (a) I have the parts for and (b) worked together in a kind of modern day setting. Sorry! Quote
Siegfried Posted July 8, 2007 Posted July 8, 2007 OH ohoh oh! I reduced it from 300 frame to around 150 and all the episodes since have been 100 frames or less. I got that comment from a lot of people that it was loooooooooong. I also added a scene selection feature so you can leave and come back at your leisure. So put in a batch of LEGO-shaped muffins and read the series! X-D I will be sure to give it a second chance then! Your worries are over, I've whacked your walrus for you But did he get the ice cube tray? Well? Walruses have big heads and I don't think that little hammer will do the job! (Thanks for the whack! I feel better now.) Sinner has been in the navy, I'm sure he's trained in all sorts of whacky stuff :-P Largely Radar and chemical warfare. No sausages. That was the old navy. Sausages are a no-no today in most navies. You know; "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" Australian Navy, eh? He's probably trained to eat all sorts of wacky stuff as well. :-P They tried to train me, but I failed! That was one of the worst parts :-X ; if you don't like the food you can't go elsewhere! Often I lived on chocolates sold at the ship canteen. :-$ Quote

It looks the same as this one. Eitherway, it looks official, even though I doubt that it is! Gee, it seems everyone wants to whack the walrus... I'm flattered... or should I say flattened! :-D Edited July 8, 2007 by Sinner Quote
Hinckley Posted July 8, 2007 Author Posted July 8, 2007 I will be sure to give it a second chance then! It's not everyone's bag. I think 5 people read it. However, if you do make it through the whole series, Episode 13, which comes out later this month, introduces a Walrus character that recently has been altered to be based upon some of your posts in the ice cube tray thread. There are also some nudges to the contest in there too. But did he get the ice cube tray? Well? Walruses have big heads and I don't think that little hammer will do the job! (Thanks for the whack! Sure, your posts are funny and informative, but I think it's mostly the walrus... :-P You know this whole walrus-wiener-whacking thing reminds me of the time we took my nieces and nephew to Sea World in Florida. We had to scurry them away from the walrus tank because the male walrus was...randy...and was trying...to fornicate...with the female walrus *wub* . Let's just say that a real walrus...wiener...is a force to be reckoned with 8- Quote

Eitherway, it looks official, even though I doubt that it is!I'm flattered... or should I say flattened! :-D You are correct it isnt an official Aayla, as some might of read in another topic i have been working on designs with the ebay member Christo. Christo is able to print onto a lego fig in the same way that lego does, i designed my custom vader which he then printed for me. I also got some of his other figs, but i didnt pay nowhere near what hes getting on ebay for them. :-) Quote

As I've said earlier, feel free to whack me :-) My avatar is just tan hips and legs, a plain black torso, regular smiley head, and regular black male hair. Should be quite easy to find I think.. (except in my collection that is ;-) ) And by the way, I'm looking forward to seeing a brickbuilt version of my avatar :-) Quote

Sure, your posts are funny and informative, but I think it's mostly the walrus... :-P I agree. The walrus does have a certain charm about him. It certainly can't be me. I was considering using a custom fig when I picked my sig fig, but I noticed that no one (even you) had a Fabuland figure. At around that time I had developed an odd fixation with him so I suppose it was destiny! At around that time I had developed an odd fixation with him so I suppose it was destiny! I considered using a Fabuland figure when I first joined. I even had one ready, Marc Monkey of course. But in the end I didn't want people to think Fabuland was all there was to me, since I already write a series based on it. I have never seen a real walrus before, but I have heard (and seen from documentaries) that they can be violent sorts. I'm sure they mean well though. Incidently, I love your entry. How did you do the wedgie? It wasn't that the walrus was violent, per se, it's just that his...wiener...was as long as his body...and completely retractable... :'-( Thanks, I love your entry as well!! Good to see the story continuing :-D :-D :-D I love how the anchor fits right over tau's head! X-D and the fact that it's collapsible and fits in a pocket! I did the wedgie by having a sick sophmoric sense of humor and photoshop. I'll PM you the file... Quote
