DanSto Posted November 18, 2014 Author Posted November 18, 2014 @dansto There´s something wrong with the file...can´t open it Strange, because I have tested it right now and have no problem to open it with LDview and MLCAD. Save the file and then open it with one of these two softwares. Quote
GuyDudeMan27 Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 @dansto There´s something wrong with the file...can´t open it Maybe because it's an .mpd? I exported mine to an .ldr for continence. I can upload it if you want. Quote
iamwhoiam Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 Fantastic MOC! I really like the slide at the back of the carrier! Quote
Steckley Posted November 19, 2014 Posted November 19, 2014 What a great original design! The tail toboggan is genius. I love it! Quote
DanSto Posted November 21, 2014 Author Posted November 21, 2014 The voting for the contest is over and this AT-DT won with 64% of the votes . Quote
TWP Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Congrats! Well deserved! (Well, probalbly... didn't see the other entries ) Quote
Robianco Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 I was about to say exactly the same as the above post and realised I also hadn't seen the competition other than the other one posted here on EB. I love everything about this build but one of the things that I really like is actually the cockpit... that head shape and the screen piece work so well together and the 2 pilots look they they're properly spaced rather than just squeezed in. An excellent build! Quote
sigpro Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Wow!!! I have just discovered your creation and it is just...amazing. Not only the design (which resembles a chameleon), but also its usefulness. It is smaller than an AT-AT and needs less room as it is not as tall as an AT-AT, but can carry up to 23 troops inside -not including pilots- (my AT AT carries about 44 -not including pilots-), so the ratio troops carried/overall size is the best for your design. Your AT-DT is less vulnerable to speeders (as seen on the Empire Strikes Back) but it is not as fearful as an AT AT. Anyway and after this short review, congratulations x 9999999999999999999999999999999. You must be proud of your creation. Do you have a pic with a pet? That would be impressive! Best regards. Quote
BrickSev Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Impressive! Most impressive! I really like the "functionality": the vehicle's ability to carry troops (and not just few, but a more realistic number) the "exit ramp" etc. Brilliant concept, indeed. Congratulations. Keep up the great work. Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted December 1, 2014 Posted December 1, 2014 Amazing work! I love this multi purpose vehicle and the different power up! Keep on! Quote

legopiratelord Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 This is an awesome build! I would totally buy this if it were a Lego Ideas set. Quote
Csacsa234 Posted December 2, 2014 Posted December 2, 2014 This is fantastic! A very fun idea with clever functions and design, I wish you good luck on the contest, this is just pure dewbackness! Quote
