oo7 Posted July 10, 2007 Posted July 10, 2007 Ah, good use of that rubber band technique. You'll be seeing some of that from me in a little while.......... It's a simple but nice little vignette you have here, and a good bayonet too. *y* Quote

Governor Mister Phes Posted July 11, 2007 Governor Posted July 11, 2007 I just saw the movie zulu, and loved it. (is it ok for the pirates forum?) I would have said History & Adventure suited it better, but... just affirming what oo7 said X-D added this baby to Index of Land based MOCs Too late now! Quote
ZeekyBoogeyDoog Posted July 11, 2007 Posted July 11, 2007 I like how you created your British soldier using the rubber band-simple but effective *y* . Same for the bayonet. Quote
Fordo Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Looks great love that Bayonet and rubber band technique! Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted July 12, 2007 Governor Posted July 12, 2007 I have Zulu on DVD and I have a friend that wants to remake it. Mr Tanotrooper what type of rubber band is that? One that came in a LEGO set or elsewhere? Quote
zouave Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Cool vignette. I'm not sure what Zulu movie your mentioning, but it must be good. BTW Thank you very much for the bayonet design. Now I can stop using rubber bands for my bayonettes. Quote
Tanotrooper Posted July 12, 2007 Author Posted July 12, 2007 Cool vignette. I'm not sure what Zulu movie your mentioning, but it must be good.BTW Thank you very much for the bayonet design. Now I can stop using rubber bands for my bayonettes. its from the movie "zulu" thats how its called. (my brother always laughs with that title :-D ) It's the same rubber band I use for my bayonets on my muskets. I must get some more of them. TT Quote
zouave Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 It's the same rubber band I use for my bayonets on my muskets. I must get some more of them. Well I've used your idea and all my knives to make five bayoneted rifles. Thanks again. Quote
Norrington Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 It's the same rubber band I use for my bayonets on my muskets. I must get some more of them. I used those rubber bands to make four bayonet rifles for my East India Co. Marines! I suppose that this technuiqe is going to be very popular when it's found by more people! Quote
