NinjaTron Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 I recently got the Mission HQ and then saw the comic app, surprised to find that P.U.P. didn’t make it into the physical set, so I built my own based on his digital appearance. It is similar to the Space Police Dog that came out a few years ago but the inclusion of the wedges required some extra support to connect the body parts together. There are only fourteen parts needed to put him together. For those interested, here is a visual breakdown. Thanks for looking, and I hope you enjoy! Quote
deraven Posted December 8, 2014 Posted December 8, 2014 Nice job on that! Looks like we'll be getting an official version of P.U.P. in the upcoming (70169) 4x4 Agent Patrol: http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/70169_4x4_Agent_Patrol Quote
NinjaTron Posted December 10, 2014 Author Posted December 10, 2014 Thanks, deraven. And thanks for the link. I hadn’t seen images of the upcoming sets. It’ll be interesting to see if this is a mock up or the actual product since the official P.U.P. seems to have some slight color and structural alterations compared to digital comic version. Quote
PenPlays Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 That's the official art. Everything you see in that set image is finalized. Good job reverse engineering P.U.P. from the App game, though. Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 Good job, P.U.P reminds me a lot of the space police dog as well, keep up the good work! Quote
