MakutaOfWar Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Good thing I didn't order my summer sets yet. Quote
One Very Agile Cat Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 (edited) Good thing I didn't order my summer sets yet. Same. Unless it's a promotion Canadian residents can't take advantage of. That's exactly what I said in my review. The tail snapping is just straight up fun. Plus, it's not like old-school Rahi were that well off on the poseability department anyway. Oldschool Rahi are also nearly fifteen years old and made up for the lack of posability by having more involved functions and far better aesthetics. I mean, the Nui-Jaga actually has more articulation than Skull Scorpio. Edited August 2, 2015 by One Very Agile Cat Quote
MakutaOfWar Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Same. Unless it's a promotion Canadian residents can't take advantage of. Canadians don't get promotions? That's odd, wouldn't think it was for shipping reasons seeing how it's close to the U.S. Hm. Well there's always Ebay! Quote

Well there's always Ebay! No we do sometimes, I'm just saying in case it doesn't apply for whatever reason. I mean, TRU.com just randomly decide within a year to stop shipping to Canada, so I never know when new policies will come into effect. :X Quote
Dorek Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 It could be Russian only, or maybe I'm just bitter about all those HF polybags we never got. Regardless, I specifically left one set unpurchased for just such an occasion. Quote

Tazakk Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 So it looks like the BIONICLE Facebook is counting down to the new year with a focus on a different Toa for each month, starting in... July. Oops! At least we get some more awesome art from Betteker. Quote
Scarilian Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 (edited) Regardless, I specifically left one set unpurchased for just such an occasion. Wish i'd done the same... hopefully its a polybag with any purchase over a certain amount, then can get it with the Star Wars Constraction sets :3 Also - the facebook page finally updated to show what should have been uploaded in July; MORE Bionicle artwork.... Each month we will focus on one of the six Toa and their element. We will show concept art, details on elements and designer builds as inspiration. The month of July shall be the Month of Fire, with a special focus on Tahu and the element of fire. Of course, we would like to see some of your great work too! Show us your models, your artwork or any other of your creations that fits to Toa Tahu and the element of fire. Edit; Sniped by Tazakk :p Edited August 2, 2015 by Scarilian Quote

Dorek Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 ooooh that art is so good. Wouldn't July have been water, though, since that's when they showed us Gali? So their count is right, but Fire should be August. Quote
MakutaOfWar Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 (edited) It comes with a cardboard stand? Pleaze be here soon... And that artwork is just badass. Also note the lizard at the bottom right. Edited August 2, 2015 by MakutaOfWar Quote
One Very Agile Cat Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 I wish we'd get hi-res versions of those photos. Hopefully Lego puts them on the Bionicle site once we're done. Quote
Scarilian Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Suprised we didnt get this mask in Black, given its in Black on the art. Quote
Agent Fusion Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Suprised we didnt get this mask in Black, given its in Black on the art. Actually, I'm pretty sure the black mask is the Scorpio/Basher mask. Quote
One Very Agile Cat Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Suprised we didnt get this mask in Black, given its in Black on the art. I don't think it's "black" so much as supposed to be shrouded in darkness. Quote
Voxovan Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Actually, I'm pretty sure the black mask is the Scorpio/Basher mask. Scorpio/Basher mask has different eye holes. Quote
Cheatster9000x Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 How and when can I have all of this in my hands? Quote
TheDesuComplex Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Here's to hoping that polybag is available in October, as it would make sense to promote the Skull Villains in the month before Halloween and that's when I will be able to buy them. We do know that, at least in the US, it is not an August or September promotion. Quote
Scarilian Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 (edited) I don't think it's "black" so much as supposed to be shrouded in darkness. Possibly, though was hoping for a black version to replicate this Edited August 2, 2015 by Scarilian Quote

Actually, I think that's a black Skull Spider, used to represent a generic villain/dark force. Either that or it's the unseen MoUP. Possibly, though was hoping for a black version to replicate this That'd be awesome. Quote
GK733 Posted August 2, 2015 Posted August 2, 2015 Kulta is translated as gold in my language. I didn't expect this but... Quote
