That's a pretty accurate description of that armor lol I wish it was a more traditional green, but if nothing else there's probably a good torso underneath that'll make a more supervillainous Lex than the suit did.

The torso will be deciding for me on Lex. I was lucky enough to get the original armored Lex from Gamestop surplus months after Lego Batman 2, so I don't need the armor. However, I do wish it was either a standard or a dark green.

Lego, why would you use those drab plain legs for Batman in the cycle chase set when you have the dual moulded legs part available...hell, you're using it in other Batman sets!

Why are Batman and Spider-Man mini figs the LOW point of sets, shouldn't we be thrilled at the diverse and exciting new designs - lifted from books, comics and films - that these characters have 'in real life'?

That doesn't belong here, discuss it here:

Anyways, I've been told details about this Ra's set. It will be $40 and come out with the rest of the summer sets on release date. Talia seems to be confirmed now, exciting stuff.

That's great news :) How many figures will the set have?

Didnt we already know this from what J2G told us a month ago?

Something else I don't think was officially mentioned, - we're getting Talia Al Ghul, too.

It's probably too early to make a whole topic of sets discussion for The Lego Batman Movie, but if the Lego Movie is anything to go by on adherence to real pieces, we've got utility belt and lobster elements incoming!

I'm pretty sure sets wont be under Super Hero category, so I'm hoping for plenty of sets and plenty of utility belts

Yea, the Batman sets will probably be part of a seperate Batman movie line of sets... This'll probably mean that the Super Hero sets will be less focused on Batman so we might get some new characters. I have to say though that while I am probably in the minority I actually am not that fond of the utility belt being an actual belt. I just hope that Lego will also print an actual belt underneath the utility piece just like they did with the armored Batman suit.

I think it's about how much dual-moulded legs cost. Cycle chase could have included three sets of dual legs, with all three characters having that potential, but it would be too expensive to produce in a $20 set. Notice how Kryptonite Interception is the cheapest set to get Batsy's boots, and it is $30. Not to mention how dual molding plus printing only seems to happen on the collectible minifigures; Wonder Woman could have had dual legs in the exact same color as Superman in Sky High Battle, but since they were printing on her legs, they went with one-color legs instead.

I'm not a fan of the belt either, but at least there are other existing torsos with the belt printed on if worst comes to worst.

I'm definitely expecting a separate line for the movie sets, but I wouldn't count on the mainstream SH sets being any less focused on Batman. That just sounds much too good to be true.

The last $40 set we got had four figures in it. Sounds like a reasonable estimate for now.
