K-Nut Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 If he does keep talking with the rat, could you move the rest of us along? He could just follow us when he's done with his inquisition since he'd arrive at the same time of day, right? Althior waits impatiently, with Finnegan pacing behind him back and forth. "The damned creature won't give you anything. Can we move along?" Quote

Kintobor Posted July 30, 2015 Author Posted July 30, 2015 OOC: Althior shouldn't be bleeding and the Bifrost blades should be poison 10. Vindsval walks closer to the gate, attempting to hear what the elf and kobold are talking about, and determine if they are living or dead before addressing them. OOC: Fixed. Also, since you've brought that up, you're ether has also been fixed in order to reflect the usage of your scrolls. Vindsval moves closer to the gate to try and hear the two men, but they're hushed banter is too quiet to hear. They do glance at Vindsval and the rest of the party though, clearly taking some kind of an interest in them. Vindsval isn't familiar enough with the taxonomy of undead to figure out if they're alive or dead, but he deduces they're probably alive. Throlar took a look in the box, at the same time looking out for the small animals that seemed to be everywhere in this place. Throlar rummages around in a bin, and finds an animal... although it probably wasn't the kind he was thinking of. -Brooddy Bear (Quest Item. A worn, torn, old teddy bear. It's heavily stitched and sewn.) I go to the skeleton guard, walking past Throlar as he continues to socialize with vermin. "Hello, sir. Does that gate just lead outside the city, or is it to somewhere else...?" Sorrow soon realizes that the skull was more akin to a mask, and was used to hide the face of the guard, although from his stature he was definitely undead. "Good evening. These gates lead south-east, down the Blood Brick Road to Vega. That being said though, we've been given the order to not allow anyone to leave Fellcrest. If there's anything I can assist you with, such as directions, I am able to assist." The guard states assuredly. Quote

Kintobor Posted July 30, 2015 Author Posted July 30, 2015 "That wouldn't be related to the missing Countess, would it? A man named Zarovitch told me about her disappearance." "Multiple reasons. Captain von Zarovitch is the one who requested the barring of the gates. With the mutants running rampant, and now the sniper, von Zarovitch requested the gates to be barred, something the Countess has to authorize. Strangely enough, the next day, the Captain told us he had the authorization, along with a stamped letter from Lyudmila. It's all rather strange..." Quote
Kintobor Posted July 30, 2015 Author Posted July 30, 2015 "A... sniper? What is that?" "Clearly some disturbed assassin who thinks he can use the residents of this town as target practice. He's been a pain in our sides for the past while. He always attacks people at night with his bolts, and only undead. We've put a bounty out for him, preferably dead. If you want more information, here's the bounty notice." The guard hands Sorrow a piece of parchment with an official looking notice on it. A new Side Quest has been added to your Journal.
