Looks like a lot of parts are still out of stock.  Also seems they haven't removed the "retired" parts either although they are mostly out of stock.  Would have been nice if they had bothered to add pictures of the parts that still have none.  Going to be a pain to rebuild my list that got obliterated when they paused the service.

I’m quite surprised that no one share parts what you just ordered since the new PAB webpage was launched. 

Anywys… I noticed the pizza delivery guy and scooter from the Modular Building Jazz Club set went missing after putting the set away. Minifigure and scooter parts never turned up since November. 

So… I made an order through PAB on December 2. I only got 2x2 tile (pizza box) and clear-trans stud deleivered a few weeeks after the order days. No minifigure and scooter parts yet. 

So…as a deaf AFOL here, I asked my relative to make a call with customer service yesterday. After call, she said there is some parts have been delayed for some reasons right from Denmark. I’m in USA. 

Do anyone have some similiar issue?

@Lion King some of the missing parts from my November orders that I called about on January 3 where showing as out of stock so it took a while for them to ship.  As of yesterday they finally show as having been shipped so now I have to wait for them to cross the Atlantic.  No notification on USPS Informed Delivery yet so until I see that I can't track them.  The 11 days customer service told me it would take are up tomorrow and Monday is a holiday so hopefully by the end of next week I'll have them.  I did already get the one replacement part that was listed as a bestseller.  Still trying to decide what parts to actually order for my first PAB order of 2024.

I placed four orders on November 18. One of them arrived on January 2. The other three have only just hit the DHL facility in New Jersey, so they must have missed the boat by a few hours and had to wait for the next one. Sigh. That should mean they get to me within the next week though.

I need to work my way through all of that before I do another PAB order. Also, as it's pointless to be in a rush with LEGO PAB, I almost always wait until a double VIP event to order.

It also still looks like there are several thousand parts out of stock on PAB too.

All of which means it will likely be a while before I order more.

Both of my replacement part orders for parts missing from my November orders that I called about on January 3 have arrived on US soil.  One has already made it to the nearest DHL distribution center.  Waiting for the 2x Insider Points promo coming this weekend before I place my first PAB order for 2024.

Whereas, I placed four orders on November 18. One arrived nearly three weeks ago, the other on Thursday, while two others are still with DHL somewhere. The logistics of PAB!

But, in the recent arrival were a load of mystery heads that I ordered without looking up photos of them. Some very cool ones, so that was fun to see.

Which heads did you end up getting that you couldn't see the pictures?

Nice most of those have images.  I don't remember the Guy from dreamzzz with the eyepatch and grey beard.  Also the guy form ninjago I forgot his name with the visor both i don't remember seeing.

They didn't at the time I ordered, on the PAB website, any I didn't take the tint to look on other sites. But I figure they are pretty cheap, and it's always good to have a variety of heads.

The eye patch with silver mustache is Mr Oz from Dreamzzz, but he normally has a moulded beard and mustache, so you don't see it, which seems a shame!

Now I’m pissed. My Bestseller order from October 31st has not yet shipped out yet. I placed an exactly similar order due to the double VIP points this weekend and ordered MORE bricks that were from the same order back in October. To my horror this recent bestseller order just shipped out today. I literally had my old list and re ordered the same bricks and got a few more.  

I talked to a service rep in the past and told me my order was delayed by two types of white bricks that were supposed to arrive by 1/24. The same bricks were also on my last order but yet, it’s already shipped… 

Can they send me my GWP from October and cancel the rest of the bestsellers order from October because at this point it’s all I want.  My order from October had 293 bricks, this one was 298. I don’t even know who to vent about this because wow. My order did get lost in the system with a GWP.

My November PAB order finally arrived from Denmark yesterday. Everything was there, just it took quite a while to arrive.

New Elementary seems to have removed the article they had posted about the new elements that were supposed to have been added to the online PAB at some point in January.  I've been checking PAB several times daily and there have only been a very few elements added so far this month.  Guess LEGO isn't going to get them added this month although they still have about two & a half days to do so.  Was really looking forward to ordering some of the hot cocoa mugs that were introduced in the wintery Friends sets from last year as well as a few other bits.

We have not gotten parts from September? So I assume there will be a lot of new parts when they add the backlog..

For me I post part hauls on my Instagram, but I haven't been bothered to upload the pics to my Flickr so that I can easily share them here. I should.

Here's my latest post, but it's quite a backlog as these orders were from mid-2023, so parts from late 2022 and early 2023.

Temporary changes to PAB as read about on New Elementary. It's not good news, but it shouldn't last long. New parts should be up mid-March.

PaB was perfect around 2020 right after covid, turn around times from Denmark to the US was like a week and half or two. Then the change happened. 

I cannot stress enough how screwed their systems is from personal experience. That order from late October is still “back ordered”. When I placed a similar order that was brick for brick but with extra pieces, not less, in January from their best sellers section, it was sent and delivered within a week from the sates, meanwhile the agent told me that by Feb 12 they should get the pieces that are in not stock, which were in stock for my other order. 

I don’t want to cancel because I have GWP tied to it.

After two months of waiting, my order finally arrived last Sunday. I had been waiting for the pizza delivery man and his scooter from Jazz Club set… it is the longest time I had waited eer. 

Anways, I am hoping to see white space baby and gray goat would show up on PAB some months later.

This is great, thanks. I like that they are investing in the PAB service, as there's always a risk they could just shut it down.

There are a few parts I'm waiting to come back in stock, having been out of stock since my last order in November. Hopefully mid-March is when that happens.

Dark pearl grey viking helmet is the old style helmet.
