So from start to finish the Chat took an hour.  Three minutes with the chatbot, 20 minutes waiting for a human. Then pauses in responses from the human lasting anywhere between 5 & 10 minutes.  Still no resolution.  Was told if the parts don't ship in the coming weeks I can contact them again to cancel the order.  Two orders placed after this one have been shipped but they still can't seem to do anything to move this one along.  Oh and at the end she gifted me with "insider points to use at my discretion".  

Told her I didn't want the order cancelled.  At this rate I'll be lucky to get the parts for next Christmas.  My Crocs are still tailless and the gorilla bodies that are on the way are armless until I get this order.

That sucks, sorry! It took a while for me to get connected to, but once I was, it was resolved very quickly. Sorry that wasn't the same for you. Hopefully they'll ship everything soon and we all have completed gorillas and crocs!

I had something odd just appear today in my list of orders on the Lego site. There's a new order dated yesterday that I didn't place for zero Euros but with all the Standard items from my order on the 1st of October. I already received the Bestseller items so maybe this is how they are dealing with the missing PAB orders from the factory changeover time? I have a couple of other orders that I've gotten the Bestseller pieces but not the Standard, and one with neither. There doesn't seem to be any sign of new orders with the items from those yet.

My standard order (not a very big one since most of the parts in my order were bestseller) from late October has apparently shipped as of a week or so ago and is now on its way to me here in Australia.

Looks like my October 9th standard order is finally being shipped since the status has been changed to shipped.  No charge to credit card yet or actual shipping notification.  Now just the three orders from November left to be shipped.

Well, joy of joys my October 14 order arrived! I have two left-hand gorilla arms. The gorillas and their other arms are in another order that is yet to be shipped, but it's progress.

Someone on Reddit posted that a LEGO customer service rep said Bricks and Pieces standard should be reopening in early February (not January). So while it's a bit more delayed, it hopefully won't be long to wait. The US factory opening has been delayed too, I saw, so we probably won't get the full catalogue available as Bestseller in the US for a while.

I finally got my Oct. 9 order on Wednesday.  Haven't had a chance to open it yet but between this & the order from Oct. 29 that I already received I should have two complete gorillas and tails for my crocodiles.  Just my 3 November orders to wait on now.

It would be based on modular 8x8, 8x16, 16x16 plates as used on the 2018-2023 systems.

New pieces have just dropped, and wow, those Wicked and Wednesday hairpiece prices are uniquely terrible. I've never seen hairpiece prices this bad before. No thanks.

OMG! I looked through and thought the first couple were expensive at $2.25 for 6512662 and $2.40 for 6512663, and then I kept scrolling and found 6508904 for $3.83 and Wednesday's 6492552 for $5.49! The mind boggles!

I skipped the $5 pigtails, but I ordered one of each of the others. I'm probably crazy, but I did it. Still no Ocarina in stock for me.

Yup. Certified crazy. Hope you enjoy them! :laugh:

I wonder whether these are priced with inflation taken into account. By the time they actually get shipped, it might be a reasonable price...

Order delayed for so long that I needed to update payment method, and funny the customer rep was telling she doesn't know who made the decision to not close the service during the move and holidays and ended up having a long backlog of order piled up.  Looks like will be another month or two wait for now (OCT and NOV orders) and now I tempted to order those new hair pieces!!!!

With hairpieces like those I tend to wait now. There is a good chance that they will do a cheap polybag or comic gift with them in, and if they do there will be loads on BL.

My November 28th order still hasn't shipped. I was told a week ago today it would probably be shipping 'next week', (the one which has just ended), which turned out to not be the case. I'm gonna contact then again next Monday as they said if it doesn't ship by 1/31/25 to try emailing again. These are the last parts I need for a project that needs to be completed before February 22nd. I seriously doubt that it will be here by then, but we will see!

In other news, my January 30th Bestseller order shipped today, less than 24 hours after I placed it.

 

Also, @Pchan1983 when did you place your order and how did you pay? I'm now worried about them canceling my order because I paid thru Paypal and I know that's given LEGO fans grief in the past with Bricklink Designer Program sets and how long it takes for them to ship....

From what I'm hearing the November orders are shipping randomly just like the October orders.  A fellow LUG member just reported he was just charged for his Nov 12  order.  I've not seen anything for any of my November orders and the first one was placed on Nov. 7, the other two were Nov 23 & 27.  My Bestseller order from Jan 27 is due to arrive tomorrow.

Update: I was just billed just for two capes from my Nov 7 order but the rest of the order is still outstanding and the order page doesn't indicate that the capes have actually shipped yet.  I'm hoping they don't cancel the rest of the order on me, it was a rather large order.

Just got another small charge on my credit card for $7.28.  Wonder what part(s) from which order they are sending now?

This is going to get crazy if they start shipping out one part at a time.  I had small quantities of 61 different parts in the November 7 order.  Looking like this might be another cape that I ordered 4 of.  Need to wait to see the invoice to be sure though.

I did send them a message last night asking for an update on what is going on with this order.

This is what I'm afraid will happen with the rest of my November 7th order.   They have shipped two different parts from the order but there are still 59 other different parts that have yet to be shipped.  All I get when I contact them requesting an update is the generic we received a lot of orders, we're working on it, can't provide an estimate on when the parts might ship, blah, blah, blah.  Way back when I first called about my October 9th order they assured me I would receive everything I had ordered which I did finally receive about a week ago minus the one part they had cancelled right after I placed the order.  This November 9th order I'm getting no reassurance about & I'm really starting to worry since they seem to be sending it out part by part.  There were quite a lot of supposedly retiring parts in this order so I'm going to be really upset if they cancel them at this late date.
