Now that everything here is bestseller, I wonder what the timing will be like - the message is that orders take 15 works days to reach you. Standard orders used to take a couple of months. Really wanted those Dreamzzz puffer jackets though, of which there are no great buying options on BL, and coerced myself into enough other stuff to hit the $40 AUD no fee threshold. Quote

Based on previous years I knew not to expect the November orders until some time in January but I certainly expected to have received them by now. I got my orders from November and December, while indeed some November and October orders from other people are still missing, which would seem like there were indeed some issues back then and we can at least hope things will go smoother in the future. They also gave me a large bag of sand green window frames that I didn’t order, but said I could keep so I guess that’s a win? Quote

karrit Posted February 16 Posted February 16 The two cape # 72 that they sent first from my November 8th order on January 29th seem to have been lost in shipping as I never got a shipping notice from USPS. The four torn capes they sent next a couple of days later have arrived. The remainder of the order is on it's way as I have received shipping notification from USPS. If the two missing capes aren't with the rest of the order I will be calling CS since they charged me for them & sent a separate receipt. I can't wait for them to finally get through all the backlog. So, same order as you, cape and torso from Nazgul, my capes got shipped already and got invoiced, same payment method: paypal. I checked lego and the order still has labelled in the warehouse. I get an email about denied payment about the same order, but nonetheless the website has the entire order marked as shipped, should I be worried? I know paypal's window expires after a while but they literally charged me for the same order a few days ago. Quote
