brickbuilder711 Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Generally it is difficult to come up with a prototypical looking railroad crossing with LEGO, but I think my rookie attempt isn't too awful ;-) Here's a video showing how to build it - hope it helps in all y'all's detailing! Quote
ShrikeArghast Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 I like it. I think the cross bucks themselves are a bit small (and not sticker friendly), but proportionally, this is great. Quote
1974 Posted May 25, 2016 Posted May 25, 2016 Not sure what the point is with a 15 minutte video? Why don't you just post a pic with the actual crossing signal attached to rail track (perhaps with a train) so we can get an idea of how it will look in a proper rail inviroment? Much simpler btw Cheers, Ole Quote

MaxSupercars Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Good work! I like the crossing signal a lot. :) Max Quote
marook Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Really nice use of technic pieces. And thanks for the video - I can live with whatever 'instructions' I can get. :-) Quote
Patgeo Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 This is a great looking crossing signal! Nice work! Quote
Chr.Maglekaer Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 I reverse engineered this from the "LEGO City Undercover" game. But missing the red line around the edge. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Magle/LDraw/Games/Undercover/train_signal.jpeg Quote
