Thank you! That's really interesting. It says a lot about the universe as a whole, I think, that they changed those masks. The ones in the concept art look like the ones they sell in toy stores, whereas the movie ones look like cheap Halloween costumes, which would imply that the in-universe Avengers marketing is a lot more public domain. At least that's what I make of it. Marvel's not exactly the most consistent about how big a deal superheroes are within the MCU. Anyway, that's a bit of a tangent, but it definitely makes sense why they went with the masks they did in the ATM set based on that. You'd be just as well using actual Iron Man helmets for the other two.

I "revealed" the Atom and Captain America as the SDCC 2016 exclusive minifigures June 23, almost a year from today.

Since I doubt we'll see another version of the Vulture, I'm more inclined to think there's no exclusive. Unless, unless, it's a time traveling character, like Kang. That might make sense because of the game.

Yeah, I know. I was just saying that if Sir Gareth was hinting at an exclusive (Marvel or DC) it could be a character from Watchmen due to the use of the song in the 2009 film

Either of those two will be epic. Just include an alternative head for the actual persons.

The LEGO games have never really had a tie in to the Comic Con exclusives, other than previous exclusives appearing in them

So I've gotten the Beware the Vulture set.  I was curious what solutions, if any, there were for a replacement head for Shocker.  I know their is the pineapple head, but what does one do for eyes?

I'd say you can have the aviator head with goggles so it will have a tleast eyes just to be purist and not using sharpie like Vader is telling you.

Just got Beware the Vulture set and it's better than I expected it to be! Minifigures of Spidey and Iron Man are awesome, villains not so much: Vulture needed leg print and Shocker a mask. Van is standart superhero set car nothing special except for stud shooter function. Vulture's wings though are so cool, very bulky but you can put them in cool poses, so really good. Overall not a bad Superheroes set.
