[MOC] My version of Luke's X-Wing T-65 in gray used look

Here is my T-65 from Luke in minifig scale.

I mixed old and bluish gray to reach an old school used look. Blue R2 head coming soon. The instruction is from an user here, but I don't know his name, sorry. I have modify my version a little bit.

On the last pic you can see my Darth Vader's TIE Advanced, maybe I open a extra topic for it.

The xwing looks like a modified psiaki design. Nice. The brick canopy is so much better than the lego ones.

That looks awesome! I've always liked this version of the X-Wing. I like your cockpit solution. I do wish they they made that old 4x6x2 (4474) canopy in trans grey or trans clear. It's the perfect shape for this set, but looks weird in yellow, blue or red.
