koalayummies Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 Grabbed all my old classic Ninja pieces from my family's house over the holidays and put the minifigures together on this little display while I rebuild the MOC for them which was based around the original Ninja theme. My questions are pertaining to the characters and who's supposed to be good and bad. From the Lego Wikia entry I gathered that the blue colored characters Gi-Dan, Dojo and Kata and grey ninja Ito are protecting some artifacts and jewels from the robbers and thieves Chief Kendo, the green-vested robbers and black ninja Bonsai? But what about the red ninja, white shogun and white ninja princess? Who's good and who's bad? I want to try to make it accurate this time as my MOC had them all intermingling. Quote
BrickJagger Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 If I remember correctly, no one faction is clearly defined as "good" or "bad", rather they're a bunch of gray area factions with loose alliances to each other. Bonsai's group appears to be leaning towards bad, but the other two are a toss-up. I think they work like this: Blue Samurai and Ito Robbers, Kendo and Bonsai Red Ninja, Green Ninja, White Ninja Princess, Shogun Quote
koalayummies Posted January 5, 2017 Author Posted January 5, 2017 Thanks BrickJagger! That makes it more clear and I'll be sure to keep the faction alliances defined along those lines. I don't think I understood what was going on when I had these as a kid, some Ninja were flying, others were carrying around treasure chests but everyone was fighting and that was enough story for a child Quote
