Are the winter wave sets (Quake Mech, Volcano Lair, Pirahna Chase, Shark Mech, Spinner) releasing tomorrow on the 27th or Dec 1? I’ve seen conflicting things - the sets aren’t on SaH yet, unlike 2018 Nexo Knights, for example, and when the Shark Mech was first announced the release date of Dec 1 was stated, but the November store calendar claims the Quake Mech is releasing tomorrow. Any ideas? I’m trying to plan a trip to the Lego store for the Quake Mech and would rather not go all the way tomorrow for it not to be there, so if anyone has any more info that would be great.

I believe the sets release on the 27th in LEGO Stores and release December 1st everywhere else. You should call ahead to make sure they have it.

Lloyd Spinjitzu set won't come out until January 2018 in the U.S. I know this because I just do. Complain all you want but I will end up right as I always do. Remember me telling Y'all about the sog prices. Anyways I hope you all enjoy the anger that should come from this

...What anger? With the fact it hasn't popped up at Toys R Us yet, was enough to imply that. Heck, I don't think any of us expected Lloyd to show up until January. Why stir up strife? We are all adults/mature people above the age of 16, yes?

Take a chill pill, please. Eat a Snickers. Something.

Considering they aren't on the website as of 25 minutes ago (and the fact that the Taj Mahal is live), I'd say that December 1st seems the most likely. Though if you have a Toys R Us nearby, you could check there.

Also, RIP TLNM CMFs.

I know that you are talking about the USA but this is just to let any UK folk know that over here the TLNM are still on sale, and that all the wave 2 TLNM sets are listed as a dec 1st release.

Really? I'd advise you relax a bit and maybe avoid throwing too much ego around too. You'll avoid trouble that way.

Also, all anger in Action and Adventure themes is reserved for the continuation of Nexo Knights

From the looks of it the new spinjitzu sets doesn't seem worth it especially if you have any airjitzu sets.

They have at least some functionality the Airjitzu sets didn’t, like the ability to roll them like a wheel… I’ll probably have to try one out for myself to know what kind of other tricks they have or if that really balances out them not being able to fly. They also seem to have somewhat more building than the Airjitzu sets did, in the form of the weapon stands taking the place of some of the Airjitzu sets’ extra weapons.

To be fair, its the only set that Target doesn't have available either.

Actually, not true, at least in Australia. I've been seeing them at my local Kmart and Target for days now. (Haven't gotten them yet, though - my budget has been stretched to the limit just trying to find room to get all of the stuff I want out of this year, and, unlike most of it, I know those four sets will still be available next year.)

EDIT TO CLARIFY: That is, I've seen Quake Mech, Volcano Base and Piranha Attack. No Lloyd or garmadon, Garmadon, GARMADON.

That's just your stores not adhering to the street date, official release is December 1st but they're supposed to show up in Lego stores on the 27th.

Oddly enough I saw a 5-6 'garmadon, Garmadon, GARMADON' on the shelf of my local TRU in Ottawa yesterday, but none of the other sets from this wave.  I would guess that since they were in the midst of a Buy one/Get one 1/2 price sale this weekend, they needed to restock the shelves with whatever large boxes were on hand.

Thanks for the advice - called ahead at my Lego store and was told it doesn’t come out until Dec 1, and tried again at TRU but was street dated to Dec 1 yet again, sadly.

Same guy that uploaded the video of all the Ninjago mechs did one for the shark army for people who want to see em unified

Honestly I'm surprised how good they look unified in contrast to the Ninja's mechs.

Eh... Happened to the excess Disney CMFs and Series 16's last year as well. It's just a Black Friday/Cyber Monday after effect at this point.

For context, I have also seen all three of them at Toys R Us this past week as well, that's aside from gGG! which I also saw there as well.

Well, can you blame people for thinking that way? 'The Lloyd Movie (With Multicoloured Backup Dancers)' - yeah, that's what I call it, because that movie was a lot of things, but it was not a Ninjago Movie - utterly failed to give any character other than Lloyd and Garmadon a more than half-decent role in the proceedings of things.

Take Cole, for example. TV-verse Cole is memorable to me because he had issues with his father, he was part of the love triangle, and he endured an emotional conflict about becoming a ghost, three major plots for him, two of which spanned multiple seasons. (Not to mention  his early dracophobia.) Literally the only thing I remember about Movie-verse Cole is that he smeared mud on his face once or twice. And don't forget the walking caricature of machines everywhere that was Movie-verse Zane - after seeing the way he was portrayed in the film, I almost felt embarrassed to call him my favourite Ninja.

Even Sensei Wu was sidelined for most of the Movie. And you just know, any movie that relegates Jackie Chan, of all people, to being a side character, has some real loons writing its script.

Honestly, the only reason I'm not boycotting the entire movie's product line out of protest is because A; the models really are better than the movie deserves (sweet lightning, that mech dragon~) and it amuses me to come up with my own plots for the movie using them.
