Ollivander looks great but confuses me. It would be odd for a CMF figure to have no leg printing, but I would hate to get a $600 Diagon Alley D2C. I hope it’s still Hogwarts, since Diagon Alley should only be a $300-350 set if they want to make a huge one. Speaking of Hogwarts, I think it’s far more likely now that the D2C will include the Great Hall. It would be strange without it and people don’t need to buy the smaller one if they’re buying the D2C, but if they can’t afford the D2C then the smaller one would be a good compromise. The new image is also interesting- the car looks great but that seems to be a lot of castle wall to go with the Willow.

That would be incredibly annoying if it does include the Great Hall because I plan on buying the Great Hall set on day of release (going to London Lego store), but if it’s included in the D2C then I don’t see the point in getting it, so if it is included then it’ll be a £100 set that just sits gathering dust not part of my display because why would I have 2 great halls?

What if Olivander is the activity book Minifigure? They’re known to leak very early (as seen with the DC ones recently)

Ofc, how did no one think of this? I reckon it could be, if it’s another darn new printing of Harry I swear I will scream, yes he’s the main character, but I’ll already have at least 3 from the sets we know about and if any more come out that we don’t know about I’ll have loads this year, then so many from the future waves

I have always put my faith in clocktower being the main part of d2c.  That way they can redo great hall as d2c years on when the normal set isn't relevant anymore.

Ddnt we hear the 600$ price far higher than what we actually get?

I know this is a discussion forum, so I’ve got something to discuss, the next wave, if each wave has a D2C what if next wave’s is the Hogwarts Express? So much goes on in year 3, I mean Dementors, first appearance of the greatest professor ever (Lupin) imo, and if they include stuff from previous years they could have the trolley witch with plenty of sweets and new printings for the beans and chocolate frog (which are lush irl btw), and if they go from later years they could have a completely blacked out carriage (stickers on windows) for when Harry sneaked into the carriage with Draco in with the instant darkness powder

There’s no way the great hall is part of the D2C, atleast there wouldn’t be a bigger version as some have suggested. If it was part of a full Hogwarts D2C, it would have to be smaller than the $100 one

Ah, that’s fair, I didn’t think that CMF figures would leak, does this mean we might see the rest of them pretty soon? ?

I think this is CMF

And the D2C still hogwarts castle.

And i think the officialisation is coming very very soon. Very excited!

Do we have the official release date for the CMF, this might be the first CMF that I might buy the full box for and then give away any duplicates i get or sell them on, whichever is easier

Ok, sod that, I ain’t paying £200 just for minifigs ?, I’ll buy them from Amazon individually, they typically sell for the same as unopened packs on UK Amazon ?

Happy to see that what i cleamed many times about the fact that whomping willow would have a small part of Hogwarts, is true!

Very excited to see the release tomorrow. Because Lego will do it.

Sur? Awesome

I hope so, it’ll be interesting to see how they integrate it, I mean as much as I want to get Lupin I’m not sure if it’d be as good without a Lupus Lupin

I wonder how many will buy the Ollivander minifigure to create a fanmade War Doctor one?

Although they’re both played by John Hurt they look vastly different, although I reckon people might do, the torso print could be useful, but for hair I reckon the 12th Doctor’s hair piece would be good for a War Doctor, either that or the 2017/18 Thor hair piece in grey (if they ever made one)

There are a some licensed CMFs without leg printing

-Alfred in the Batman Movie Series 2

-Red Hood and Barbara Gordon in Batman Movie Series 1

-Most of the Simpsons CMFs didn't have any

Sure but the design of this licensed character calls for leg printing. That's not the sort of thing I'd imagine lego would skimp on in a cmf.

You don’t reckon this is another Ron/Quirrell situation where a wrong part has been put on the wrong fig, for example them legs on Ollivander from a different figure (a statue or ghost) from a different set or CMF figure

that seem to happen more with legs when there's no printed ones. But lets hope if it is indeed a cmf.
