I wanted to make them using our professional printing machine, but appears to be difficult (or I need another machine). There are people that make it. Another tip that I learned is that sunscreen materials might be somewhat similar to the originals. Quote

Not inexpensive (a full set will cost you somewhere between $30 & $50 USD), but might be the way to go when you consider the time involved in making your own... unless you're doing a bunch of ships and will be making sails in quantity.
