Brickwolf Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 (edited) The newest resident in Mesabi´s Landing is Miss Agnes Winterbottom, founding member of the Corrrington Temperance Society. After hearing of Mesabi´s Landing infamous reputation for excessive drinking, she decided to come here and educate the people on the dangers of alcohol consumption. Spoiler Licensed as a small residence. Edited March 27, 2020 by Brickwolf Quote
Professor Thaum Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Yeah go Agnes !!! Beat' em up ! Quote
Darnok Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Hilarious, I love it! Nice little residence, even if a bit on the simple side. But Agnes' story is great, and a double thumbs up for including a WTC Marine in the scene. I fear her efforts will be fruitless though... P.S.: The reward - as per the "WTC Monthly" advertisement - has been paid. Quote
Garmadon Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Yes! A very much needed establishment in Mesabi's landing, I'm afraid! A bit simple, but it works for a nice straightforward little build Quote
blackdeathgr Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 Fortunately we like to drink here in Oleon! Fellow drunkards connoisseurs of fine alcohol, feel free to relocate in our settlements! MOC-wise, I would advise on adding some more ground details in your builds Quote
Flavius Gratian Posted December 15, 2017 Posted December 15, 2017 (edited) Surely, I speak on behalf of all the rest of Corrington when I wish Agnes: Good Luck! Though she might not need it judging by that look I agree that the house might be a little simple, but the storymakes up for it, I hope we'll see it's continuation! Mesabi Posted December 18, 2017 Posted December 18, 2017 Good Build @Brickwolf, though I must say, Agnes will not be pleased to know their is someone in Mesabi Landing with the same name as her. Also, Alcohol is a natural disinfectant, that helps clean and expunge the body of toxins. I'm surprised that a fellow Corlander wouldn't know that. Quote
Ayrlego Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Good luck Miss Winterbottom! Although she may soon have some unexpected support..... Great concept here, it's time this most un-Corlander like settlement was brought back into the fold! Quote
SilentWolf Posted December 19, 2017 Posted December 19, 2017 Great concept and storyline. I am fond of the chosen minifigures and their posing. Even though the wall is simple the colors and style fit in well with the town. Quote
