Lego Batman gameplay

I say, always keep some spare cash ready! You never know when some good Lego thing might appear in a shop near you. Hmm, I usually get Lego sets and games a while after they've been released so I'll know once they're out, I still haven't got Lego Indy yet (will do soon - my friend got it, keeps telling me interesting stuff).

The UK release date is October 10th. After a quick bit of digging, the Australian release date is October 3rd. Wait... that means you get it before me.

There are over 50 characters in the game, including most of the heroes and villains in the Batman universe. We've been steadily unveiling them for a while now, but we've still got a few jaw-dropping, fan-rousing unveils to come.

I don't mean to rain on your parade, gentlemen, as I to love the idea of 50ish charaters but remember two things:

1.Lego star wars the complete saga promised 160, we got nowhere near that amount.

2. alot of villans have henchmen, so don't be surprised if a large chunck gose to Joker henchman, Mr. Freeze henchman, Poison Ivy henchman ect.

Though I still hope dearly for a Ventrilaquist!

Doubt it, the only generics seem to be the police and henchmen so far, I reckon the character is just that, a Batman character.

While in the Batcave, input the codes JFL786 and DFG467 to unlock the Scientist charecter and Killer Croc's Swamp Rider vehicle.

Sounds right, dont forget minikits though? Wonder what they will be. Im hoping they aren't vehicles but in the Batcave, Batmans trophy room with the joker card and such. Doesany one think the vehicles will have 'classes' so you cant fly the batmobile and such that would work great!

I don't think so, don't forgot in starwars there were alot more vehicles then what you played in levels, so most will be freeplay

That sounds like a plausible list of vehicles, though I can imagine that all the known LEGO Batman vehicles will be unlockable.

Now, let's try to make a list of all the unlockable characters that we know to be in the game (almost) for sure:

Batman, Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, a policeman, Commissioner James Gordon, Bruce Wayne, Alfred, the Joker, Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, the Penguin, Killer Croc, the Riddler, Two Face, the Mad Hatter, Clayface, Man-Bat, Killer Moth, and Hush.

That makes 21 characters with about 29 to go. Anyone I missed? I am pretty sure that you can play at least one of the generic gangsters/goons as well, and I am expecting to see Bullock, Ra's Al Ghul, and maybe a Dick Grayson, Tim Drake, or Barbara Gordon as well.

But I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Man, looking at all those trailers makes me quite exited about the game brings me in a batty mood.

Hush has cemented himself as a worthy and awesome Batvillain with Paul "God" Dini's run in Heart of Hush. I wonder what he'll do in the game? Maybe be a really good shot or something?

I hope we get all the vehicles in the game, just not oto many in the missions, I like the running mode a lot.
