It depends. If you want to stealthily plunder a ship or port town, use Ninja Pirates. If you want to infiltrate a Pirate fortress or ship, then use Pirate Ninjas.

Do you want it done in silence and cause confusion after the beating? Hire Ninja-Pirates.

If you want it done in utter mayhem and cause even more confusion after the fact? Hire Pirate-Ninjas.
