Darnok Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Mordo of the WTC was not amused. "What do you mean, we can't just build more ships?". The WTC Operator tried to calm him down: "It is just some forms to be filled, the Crown demands proper paperwork or something..:" They were on their way to the Harbour Administration: Inside, they were greeted by an office worker: "Greetings, Mr. Mordo. I just have had a look at the ships the WTC has in action all over the Brick Seas. I assume you are coming to raise the ship levels? MARIA, GET US FORM AC-73/b!" "On my way, it must be in one of the drawers over here..." Mordo replied, slightly relieved: "So the paperwork is accounted for? Good. Just don't screw this up, we need more ships, and we need them soon." ===================================================================== Using the interior of this build, with this I will raise my shiplevel. As always, C&C are appreciated. Quote
Fraunces Posted June 15, 2018 Posted June 15, 2018 Very nice. I like the story, although my nerd part checked the first usage of ties (your mini-fig torso choice got me wondering) but according to wikipedia the ties as we know them and see on the mini-fig torso's where used as of 1860 and only in 1920 accepted in the US as standard piece of decoration in suit: so far out of the age of Sails .. I do hope critique is appreciated Quote
LM71Blackbird Posted June 16, 2018 Posted June 16, 2018 I was wondering if I'd see the interior of that building! Nicely done Drunknok! Quote

I did not know that actually, interesting! Historical accuracy has never been my goal in BotBS though, I consider it more as guidelines, to quote a famous pirate. 11 hours ago, Fraunces said: I do hope critique is appreciated It always is. 10 hours ago, LM71Blackbird said: I was wondering if I'd see the interior of that building! Nicely done Drunknok! Thank you. All my buildings have interiors, so it was happening sooner or later - later in this case... Quote
