I'm guessing you're pretty new to the Marvel theme, when it comes to this theme it's best to set your expectations as low as possible (and even than it's still possible to be disappointed)

Yeah been collecting since 2016, I'll take your advice

They don't make marvel minifigure series.

They rarely make licensed Minifigure series based on stuff they don't own.

I'd say it might be possible to see a Bricktober with some Spidey suits at the best, but we're not even sure if that's dead or not at this point.
I think if Lego and Sony can make a deal that we would probably get some for a Spiderverse sequel, but there's absolutely no way we're going to get any MCU suits outside of the film line.

New trailer for the 'Lego Spider-Man: vexed by Venom' animation.

A big-fig version of Venom appears so many times in this trailer alone. Maybe this points to a Venom big-fig in the next Spidey wave.
If that were true, it could point to another Bald character getting a big-fig soon.

I love where you’re going with this theory...

Although knowing Lego, it was probably only like this because the animation department wanted to save time on the mech and used the model from the game. Wouldn't be the first time...

This short was to coincide with the Spider Man wave, hence the designs of the figures. The first trailer showed the giant brick built Venom appearing. So this isn't a hint towards big-fig Venom. DC'S LEGO short films show characters that aren't figures all the time (Zatanna, Guy Gardener, Desaad,  Giganta, Doctor Fate, Atrocitus, Bat Mite)

They can't make marvel or star wars due to action figure contracts, I believe.

I don't follow lego dc movies, or marvel for that matter, but I agree that his inclusion there isn't real evidence of a physical inclusion, as cool as it would be. I actually don't like the trailer's bigfig design, anyway, I think he looks weird and plain

I know that, but I still find it really weird that they'd be advertising the toy line but not use the one from the sets the whole way through.

How much are the Avengers sets in November supposed to cost? or does anyone know yet?

We only know piece counts but we can use those to guess at the prices. I’m assuming both mechs will be $20, the bike will be $20 or $30, and the truck will be $50. Hulk Helicopter Drop is the largest set by piece count and also by price I think, and it’s $60.

This is a fan made set, but how awesome would this be.

I especially like how they made Red Skull

also, anyone else noticed how we don't get those comic things anymore?

Well we have gotten our first look at Zemo on Daniel Bruhls instagram and I'm in love! Lego better give us a Zemo next year be it comic book accurate or MCU accurate :P

WE GOT OUR FIRST LOOK AT WHAT?!!

doubt we will get tv show sets but we might do as I'm sure the Detroit Steel set was meant for agents of shield (hence coulson) and they threw iron man and a mech into it but if we do and zemo is in it...

I think we will get Disney+ sets. We already saw leaks of the Mandalorian minifig, if anything this confirms that we will get sets based on these shows. Again, these shows are an integral part of phase 4. I don't think Lego would miss out on this opportunity.

Given how much more engrained into the MCU tapestry these new shows are, I'd honestly be surprised if they don't make at least one set for them, if the Mandalorian is getting sets, I see at least Falcon and the Winter Soldier getting some sets

Yea. No prob about that. I bought it for like 50 bucks for both of them.

It would be a huge missed opportunity if lego didn't make sets based on the shows, after all about 50% of Phase 4 consists of Disney+ shows

We literally just did 2 waves ago, they're the most recent stuff besides the endgame and FFH sets. And we already have confirmation that we're getting more alongside the endgame wave 2 sets.

Yes, they are very clearly showing how important these shows are to the next phase of the MCU, they'll be sets for them.

I'm not 100% sure but I think he was referring to the actual comics included with some of the older Marvel sets

Yeah either he edited it for clarification or I'm losing it. Probably the latter.

After seeing endgame for the 5th time, I'm more annoyed that we aren't getting chitauri tanks and whatnot. The only reason I can think for lego giving us these inaccurate avenger vehicles instead of accurate ones is something about hero vehicles, but there's nothing there I can really get that makes any sense.

I’m assuming, by the lack of discussion, that nothing SDCC related has shown up on the VIP Rewards page(as the rumor suggested). I can’t get into the rewards page again to check.

Edit: Had to clear data again, then it loaded. Hope I don’t have to keep doing that.... Nothing Con related.
