The Sapling

 

Freshly out of the MAESTRO Shipyards here comes The Sapling, a brand new Trading Brig :

She is highly manoeuvrable and its speed allow her to escape many threats.

In case of fight, a full board of 8 pounds guns and 2 couleuvrines (a variety of swivel guns) is ready to welcome the attackers !

Let's hope she'll not need them... We are wishing her a good travel and safe sea !

Felipe de La Manzana being away at sea, looking for the Golden Apple, it's Lady Condora who suppervised the command of the brig.

She hopes to use it in the main commercial ways in New Terra to deliver quick mail all around the Colonies.

The brig The Sapling will soon be added to the cutter called The Messenger to form a mailing service for Eslandola as asked by Lady Condora.

 

Long time ! It's been a while I've built this brig but didn't find the time to post it...

Finally ! here it is ! I think I can licence it as a class 4 vessel.

Nice ship! It has the classic and playable look to it. The colorscheme is also nice, and the details in the lines of the ship are noted. You also did fairly well on the rigging. Only the cabin is a little too blocky for me

Nice commercial ship! It both has a classic feel and, with its full rigging, a realistic appearance! Well done!

Nice looking brig! The color choice is really nice. My only criticism is that the rope on the bowsprit looks a little to bulky to me. Other than that, looks great!

Neat brig, my favourite part is the stern, and the masts made from drums are quite unique.
