SirNadroj Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 I couldn't resist the irony.... ...plus the bear looked too much like a skunk, and I haven't seen an Fabuland skunks around! Yay....flowers! Looking foward to your feedback! Quote
ExoBuilder Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Wow, earlier this week, I ordered the same kind of pieces! Another awesome Fabuland MOC by you, I wish I could build like you I might try and build something like this once my bearSkunk gets here Quote
WhiteFang Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Haha, somehow I feel that the "bear" is out of place! The yellow slope which you used as a cheese is smart, I never expect it to look so simple and direct. Quote
iamded Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 That's great! The cart looks really cool, fits in well with the older style and flowery surroundings! The posts on the cart look nice and detailed, I was convinced they weren't actually Lego when I first saw them. The perfumes are neat, but is that cheese? I think it would make more sense if they were soap or something. Overall a great scene, very ironic, and the skunk looks neat! ~Peace Quote
Asuka Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 A wonderful and pretty charming scenery indeed! Flower Power on! Quote
LegoLyons Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Neat idea, and loadsa flowers. Love the cheese. Fabuland Rocks!!!! Quote
Brendan Powell Smith Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Nice creation, and great job on the photography, especially that first shot. Very clean, nicely composed, and the colors really pop-out in a way that almost hurts the eyes but doesn't quite. Great work once again with the wood posts that look like they've been lathed. Seems like this black and white bear needs a more colorful name than simply "Fabuland Skunk" though. "Skunky the Bear", perhaps? -Brendan Quote
Erdbeereis Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Fantastic work as usual SirNadroj! Like the others already said I love that cheese. So simple but still looks great! I also think the cart is really well done. I think the skunk needs a name too... How about Sammy the skunk? Quote
zero1312 Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Beautiful as always, SirNadroj. But I have to say that this Fabuland is starting to become boring to me. Quote
LegoLyons Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 But I have to say that this Fabuland is starting to become boring to me. How dare you!!! Quote
SirNadroj Posted May 10, 2008 Author Posted May 10, 2008 Thanks very much! The perfumes are neat, but is that cheese? I think it would make more sense if they were soap or something. Skunks just smell, they're not totally dirty. "Skunky the Bear", perhaps? How about Sammy the skunk? I was thinking "Skyler Skunk" (No offense to anyone named Skyler! ) But I have to say that this Fabuland is starting to become boring to me. I'll have to think of something new, then, right? Quote
CopMike Posted May 10, 2008 Posted May 10, 2008 Excellent one yet again ! You and Hinckley totally dominates the Fabuland revival, I´m not worthy being in the same guild! I really like the flower-power feeling of it. But I don´t really see how all the flowers will fit the wagon if he doesn´t sell them ! On copmike Quote
