I think what he meant is that for the moment, all Spider-Man (Live Action) movies haven´t used cosmic or too powerful villains or WORLD Ending plots.

I sure hope not. Don't get me wrong, I really love Miles, but it's way too soon to introduce him. Just like it's too soon to do Spiderverse. Spider-Man is a very grounded, small-scale villain so at least give him a couple of "normal" solo movies before moving on to something as huge as SV. But that's just my 2 cents :shrug_oh_well:

I know it'll never happen, but my dream has always been for them to do a live action TV show for Spidey (a Disney+ show would be perfect). You could have all the main villains and even work up to a spider-verse in only a couple years. But yeah, Miles and spider-verse would ideally still be a movie or two away but I have a feeling Sony is pushing hard for them

While it's obviously just a typo it is one I can get away with:

Yup, they should do his ''down-to-earth'' Rogues (Sinister 6 etc) before they aim for the big stuff.

Yeah same. My ideal Spider-Man 3 would introduce 2 new villains (Lizard and Kraven) and introduce Otto Octavius with Spidey 4 having Octavius as Doc Ock leading the Sinister 6 (Vulture, Shocker, Mysterio, Scorpion, Kraven and himself). After that they can raise the scales a bit for all I care

Just in case anyone wants to upgrade their Grandmaster and Shocker figures there are some really usefull parts in the second Harry Potter CMF. I used George's legs for Grandmaster and Kingsleys head for Shocker and if you don't mind small details that much Hermione's legs look amazing on Valkyrie! Couldn't get the image much smaller so I put it in a spoiler tag

Yes it is way to soon for spider verse but I don’t think this is completely Marvels idea I think it’s mostly Sony I hope if any of these rumors are true it is the electro one and that’s been confirmed and he is not going to be blue     this doesn’t mean spider verse.

The Spider-Slayers are going to be in Spider-Man 3? Also Sony calls the Tobey and Andrew rumors "unconfirmed" (I'm pretty sure they're appearing Sony is just trying to keep it secret). This is going be as crazy as Endgame and Lego better not disappoint with the sets

I just got more info and it looks like this is happening still staring Tom Holland Peter but wow too soon. Also don’t look at the bottom of this if you don’t want spoilers I’m just giving the title name that is most likely the real one it’s brand new so don’t look.

Just my personal opinion, but I feel that now is the perfect time for Spiderverse. We've spent quite a bit of time with all 3 versions of Spider-Man now. This also makes sense for the Phase 4 storyline given that Doctor Strange 2 will explore the multiverse. Furthermore, this means we can finally get remakes for Tobey and Andrew Spider-Man so I'm all for it :)

I'm honestly too tired to complain at this point, LEGO will never read this but I really hope they'll soon realise that this is...... the amount and types of US exclusives is just..... it's just plain unacceptable....

GREAT this is just GREAT. Give us Venom Venom and Venom in sets that all of us can get and keep all the desired figures in sets that almost no one can get. Lego is doing such a good job with Marvel :hmpf_bad:

This probably confirms that we are NOT getting Miles Morales PS5 sets... I’m just so disappointed

I hate this. The rules for this challenge for the figure is just unnecessary. It could’ve been multi country, but instead LEGO said only US, and then you have to own a ps4 and have to have beat the Spider-Man game. I live in the us but it’s still frustrating for everyone else.

The fact you have to earn that achievement in the game doesn't bother me in the slightest, prevents the random scalpers from getting the figure :shrug_oh_well:

It's bad enough that they create artificial scarcity and restrict raffles to the US. Now, you need to own a PS4, own the game, and have beaten it. This amount of gatekeeping is perplexing.

I understand why they could think it makes sense to give the figure to fans of the game, but they are not giving an opportunity to fans of Miles Morales who don't own a PS4. I don't own a console and probably never will. Screw console-exclusive games.

At least it's a variant of an existing, similar, easy-to-get figure and from a game I'm likely never going to play. I'd be more annoyed if it were Spider-Verse Miles.

I like tha fact that you actually have to finish the campaign to get this minfigure. It makes sure that only people who like video games or Marvel in general get it. What I don't like...

WHY. IS. IT. ONLY. FOR. US!? WHY is US getting EVERY exclusive set or minifigure that Lego has ever made!?

I don't mind figure exclusives, I'm not a diehard collector and I always have hope that one day they'll release some of the characters once they hit the movies or whatnot. Sure they'll be different variants and different costumes probably but I really only care about getting my hands on the character. But I agree artificial scarcity makes no sense. Just print more damn it! We'll buy them! People want to spend money on things they like!

This was the first game I ever got platinum on so I'll enter just because I finished it, but the figure isn't anything special. The mask and torso prints in the sets that Miles appeared in are better. The leg printing is probably the best part. I feel like the mech set will have a 1000x better variant.

I got my entry in! It definitely sucks for people outside the US but I'm glad it's a con exclusive figure I'll actually have a chance at getting even if it's one of the least interesting to me personally. I would have much rather had a chance for the PS4 Spider-man from last year but hey, it's a decent looking figure.

Good for you! I hope you end up getting it. As for me, I’ll probably have wait until eBay listings go up.

Here we go again... At this point I'm just ready for Lego to get through their backlog of convention-exclusive items so we can all go back to complaining about them the way we used to.

I've had all the trophies unlocked for Spider-Man Ps4 for 2 years now....hopefully some noob who just bought the game and earns the achievement doesn't win the figure lmao (mostly joking)

What do we figure the odds of winning are? Looks like there's 1650 to win based on the website. How many people in the US have 1) completed the game 2) heard of this sweepstakes and 3) took the time to enter the sweepstakes/wanted the minifigure? It was only at 16k likes on Twitter a couple hours ago. I really don't want to get my hopes up, but I feel like there's a decent chance for everyone who enters!
