Torso and Leg Colours for WW II minifigure

Hello,

Can anyone advise me for torso and leg colours if I want to create WW II theme soldiers for the Germans, US and British forces for that era?

But again I wonder whether getting monochrome figure + custom vest attachment will be cheaper than custom printed soldiers minifig.

For German, Tan and Dark Grey would be the best, black for Gestapo and SS officers.

UK, would be tan, or dark tan.

For US I would go for Dark, or Olive green.

German Wehrmacht would be best with the olive-green that is included in the Star Wars Endor sets. This is what I believe to be the closest color to the "Feldgrau" uniforms of the period.
UK would be as Eggyslav said, most likely the dark sand tan. 
For the Americans, it depends on the theater. In the Pacific, Marines wore OD green and camouflage, while it was pretty much all tan in Europe.
