Thanks! also no problemo we all have lives outside the internet [most of us LOL ] Also since BA has announced more WWII era weapons it means I can expand the arsenal of weapons that will be used/appear in the game. :skull:

That'd mean that my face started 14 years 5 months ago. So, that'd mean that the answer to your question, though not really a question, would be no, my face won't start right away.

Sorry for the confusion. You originally said March and Baritones has been over since the fifth of March. We haven't had a mafia game for over a month. Is it OK with you if Jlblue starts his now? Is there a better time for you? Should we just push you back to the Summer? You seem to keep pushing yours back...

What if the first time someone held a game, they PMed a list of all the possible candidates to someone in charge of this forum (Biff The Wookie), and that person chose who would play.

I was thinking something like that too, as guidelines, not hard enforced rules, I think we should trust the hosts that much.

Zepher Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I think people should be allowed to chose who plays in their game to a certain amount. How do you think Mystery Manor would of been with a bunch of new players? That was hard enough to get with a ton of vets. On the other habd Newright is a new host and hasn't played before. I think we've got to go case by case, but 3/4 vets to 1/4 new will make the games still high paced and experienced enough but still break in about 4 to 6 players each game. Lower will make it slow moving and confusing, too many littluns will make it hard to get started becuase they will have to learn as they go along. Just my two cents.
Shadows Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 I'd say half experienced players, half newer/less experienced players. Honestly though, you can't set a hard ratio on it, it all depends on the amount of interest shown for the game. Historically, the experienced players have been pretty reliable about sticking with it, so at least they keep a game going, while hopefully encouraging the newer ones to continue to participate for the duration. There may be a little something coming along shortly to reiterate that point, stay tuned.
