Its likely that TLG got permission from the MOCer to use that for the advertisement, thus why its on there. Sometimes Lego reaches out to professional MOCers to use their projects. Its kinda like Lego Ideas, only you're not actually submitting it to them. Either that or the MOCer happens to work for Lego, but sells MOCs on Ebay as a side business. Sometimes people do that.

I bet that puts the employee in breach of their contract with LEGO, I doubt it happens more than once or twice

Ok…may I suggest to change this thread to “General LEGO City - Rumors & Discussions” instead of 2022? Just like Modular Building and Chinese New Year threads, for example. 

I mean why are we having TWO (2021 and 2022) threads this year? It’s kinda confusing and annoying to read both threads at same time. 

You see, we have a few sets left this year… and we have a few leaks for next year… Do you know what I mean?

I still believe that's fake. Lego doesn't use that box art for City sets anymore. The last City set to use that box art was the ski resort. This is the box art that's used now.

In addition, there are no characters from the series. I would've expected Freya McCloud to at least be included in the fire station.

I have to admit, you got a point, the box art is the same as the 2018 city sets (sounds weird) , but it looks like what stonewars said about this set, if it's real I buy it because I wanted the 60110 but I couldn't(and for some reason it's very hard to find here )

I hope its more like 60004 - which still fits the description that Stonewars made. That was the best fire station ever made for City. I had that one, but I lost the pieces. Btw, since you made this topic, can you switch it to Lego City General Discussion?

1-I will try to change the name of the Topic

2  I like very much the 2013 fire station, I'm planning to buy it and combine them with 60110 and 60215

3-My Favorite is 7945

4-How can I change the name??? 

5-Still very weird the fact we are getting 2 fire stations 3 months before the next fire subtheme

Yes, i think it would be more easier to read a general city thread. Why we should create a new thread as soon as there were leaked list for 2022? That’s the part I don’t understand.

I remember seeing some moderator merge some comments from CMF Future into Everyone is Awesome thread. 

But that’s a very good quesiton if it’s possible to merge entire 3 threads into this tho.
