The fans of this Sea Rats football team didn't redecorate existing buildings, they built new quarter. The football team has taken up residence in this beautiful quarter on the Avenue des Champs Valérie.

Football Team:

"Traditionally these are comprised of 11 individuals, with a unifying theme." The first football team in category A has unifying theme. That's why an opposing not unifying team in clothing, at the tournament will also recognize the opponent.

I can see the logic here. Like an "Away" kit. We'd just have to make sure that two teams without kits don't meet.
