MingBrick Posted April 6, 2023 Posted April 6, 2023 Inspired by LEGO 31050, I designed the first model of the deli in about 2017, then made several changes and released the final version in 2022 (how time flies).The deli MOC consists of two stores, a deli and an express delivery store, separated by a vine-covered dining area. This dining area leads to the duplex apartment located above the deli. The lower floor of the apartment is the living area, and the upper floor is the working area for the scientist, where he can study astronomy and geography.The entire MOC consists of 2569 bricks. Due to the early design of the first version, there will be some old type parts. I deleted some parts that do not affect the appearance and are more expensive, and now all parts cost about 310 US dollar (statistics by stud.io in September 2022).Instructions do not include minifigures.
