ED-209 Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Those are some excellent ideas! I'd like to see trans-green wine bottles and trans-brown rum bottles, with grippable necks of course. And I'm not exactly sure what you meant by "powder bags", are you talking about a small pouch of gunpowder a person might hold? If so, I think that would be terrific! A little brown pouch, again with a grippable neck: Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 Badger is right about the fact there's a lack of accessoires in the Lego pirate themes. People who own some sets would be very grateful when somebody releases small accessoires, it may cost some time but it's defenitely worth it for people who truely like Lego. Hopefully Brickarms and CPT. Jr will succeed in making awesome bricks! Quote
Athos Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 A globe would be great. Just a simple printed minifig head would be ideal. I'm more interested in new face and torso prints than I am in new pieces. A dolphin would be nice too... Steve Quote
Capt. Kirk Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 (edited) Maybe some new hairstyles or wigs for the minifigs... simple designes nothing like this (lol): This would be handy I think... so we can create the difference between the high-class and the poor. Examples (Wigs): Edited December 15, 2008 by Capt. Kirk Quote

Steve You can make your own torso's as well, take a look in the Torso Library or make a few yourself. It's not that hard, only difficulty is printing it in the right size. However, the quality won't be that good as the torso's released by TLC. Love your idea about the dolphin! Quote
Capt. Kirk Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 (edited) Or some Wonen's and Girl's Caps (for the poor): Or some new hats/caps (and in diff. colors): Or some stuff this 'bad' pirate girl & toy figure have around their torso. Edited December 15, 2008 by Capt. Kirk Quote
CPT. Jr Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 One of these would be nice. ahh the exact one i ws modeling the new one from to be exact. Someone mentioned trans wine bottles, i think it is a great idea, however i'm not sure if i can cast trans materials, but a great thought. Hair is another big thing i was going to adress, and make some able to wear hats (sorta like playmobil maybe). Mostly though i want to make better cannon and i find lego cannon very costly. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 I've found some transparent bottles: in my brother's playmobil!! They are in red and green and a minifig can hold them but they are huuge. ( about 50 cm in minifig scale ) The main reason I use them is their lower part exactly fits on Lego bricks! But I fancy the Lego pre-made bottles made by CPT. Jr or Will. Quote
ED-209 Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 (edited) Someone mentioned trans wine bottles, i think it is a great idea, however i'm not sure if i can cast trans materials, but a great thought. While I think that trans bottles would be awesome, opaque ones in dark green and/or dark brown would still be very cool and useful. Also, the little pouch piece would be useful for both Pirates and Castle lines, if you made smaller and larger ones they could be used in bank heists for City and even Batman lines!! CPT. Jr Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 the pouch woud be a very versitle piece indeed. I realy would like to invent various belts and bandoleerrs, along with a sheath that you can clip pieces to, to eliminate that rubber band. Quote
Zorro Posted December 17, 2008 Posted December 17, 2008 New hats (primarely shako's), but also additional weapons would prove useful. Personnaly I could really use a cavalry version of the LEGO pistol mostly a lot longer then the standard pistols). The self-made items you have shown in that other thread of yours did look great, so I am confident you will do a good job! Quote

Yes, a baldric modelled on the Indiana Jones satchel with a small rectangular loop (for either a cutlass or normal Castle sword) in place of the satchel would be a great idea! And another baldric with two standard Lego clips on one side (similar to the way the ninja mask works) would be amazing and versatile: imagine a soldier with a rifle on his back, a pirate or highwayman with twin pistols on his chest, a viking with a pair of hand axes, assorted Castle adventurers with weapons or equipment, post-apocalyptic zombie hunters with shotguns, etc. Quote
CPT. Jr Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 yes indeed the possibilities with slings are emense. the 3d graphic of my pistol is trapped on my flash drive that died, i hope i can get it off... Quote
