Suggestions for good 16x32 modular corner buildings?

Are there any good custom 16x32 modular corner buildings out there? I need one for my city.

I currently have the Jollie's Music Store by Brickative as one.

I know here are many  MOC16x32 buildings instructions are out there like Rebrickable website.  But I would love to see lego doing an offical 16x32 modular building (just like Bookshop). But it might not be likely tho
