As far as we know, it's just gonna be Ki-Adi-Mundi, Commander Bacara and two Galactic Marines. Though it would hardly be shocking if Lego would throw in their usual two to three B1s as well. Like i can see this Turbo Tank would be more like the AT-TE and not like the Coruscant Gunship. However, still strange we haven't heard about any other figures for this set... 

Just to be clear, you mean four to five figures in total, or Galactic Marines alone?

Nope, even though recency bias is a thing, i think starting from June 1st for some concrete leaks would be a good guess.

I guess, but I can't think of any in this theme, maybe barring the B1 carrier. (And even then, if it was a real set, we would have had SO MANY complaints about how there weren't any real minifigures). The Enforcer/unarmored clones battle pack would have been a total shelfwarmer, and the rest of the ones we've gotten haven't really fit the system set format.

Given lego has been phasing out cloth pieces, I don't think we see them again- a return to those weird TCW box kamas is more likely.

Nobody's talking about this, but it's a big issue- you can't stack the kamas with backpacks or jetpacks anymore without the figure looking ridiculous. 

Now granted, we know plenty of people just seem to want tiny Hot Toys figures and could care less how usable the part is outside the circumstance it was created for, but even with canon onscreen characters we've seen plenty who have pauldrons and backpacks (Sandtroopers, all ARC troopers) or pauldrons and Jetpacks (Captain Rex comes to mind.)

The Fives pauldron was pretty much perfect. @Brickadeer's suggestion is really the only way I could see a plastic one working- otherwise we enter the era of sandtroopers having printed backpacks.

Guarantee they’ll chuck them in the magazine next year as well to be able to get more. 

It's not the figure people want, it's the holding capacity. I wouldn't want a TIE reaper to include 10 stormtroopers but if it could only hold 4 figures I'd be pretty annoyed.
