Yesterday, when I went through my night actions again, I recalled that I had found Marcus unconscious.

Savril probably hit him and then I found him. =P

~Kyle

Hmmm... didn't you say you had no night actions? But there's something more important than voting for you:

Unvote: Trexxen/Kyle the guy I still think is a traitor.

Vote: Stuadie

I encourage everyone to do the same before this gets UGLY.

(OOC: I'll be leaving on a buisness trip tommorow, so don't expect me for a week. I'll be able to chat on the plane, but I have work to do.)

What did that mean?

Considering that we think the King was poisoned and Lady Suzanne committed suicide the night before her execution by using herbs from her own garden, I think we're pretty clear on that point.

Did we ever clear up the one about traitorous Lords? Sure, the note says that one is, but how about more?

Vote: Staudie

Best suggestion all day.

...what, Adam?

One, why do you still think I am a traitor? =P

And two, you didn't know I had a night action? Which is, you know, the entire basis of everything I've done this entire game? My ability to investigate, which I have mentioned MANY times? -_-

Some people don't pay attention...anyways, looking at day 9, only a few people are looking suspect - Adam, Blockbeard, and Quarryman. I'm not counting myself obviously, because I seem to be the only person here who knows that I am not a traitor. Paul is cleared, so even though he looked suspicious yesterday I'm not mentioning him.

Mary and Savril have been away, and the others don't seem as suspect. I'm willing to bet that ImperialShadows is loyalist, myself.

I'll need to do more reading on this, though.

Well im happy to say that Byron, Fred and Michael/Quarryman are on my radar at the moment and have some explaining to do, if there was anything to explain that is.

Im not voting for you Kyle though i would like you to investigate one of them during the night.

This may bring some heat on you though, someone may try to go after you.

You could always investigate me to if you want (loyalist though)

Well, I pay attention- I just don't pay attention to YOU!

Basically, I think you're a traitor, and always have. That feeling can't be shaken easily. Sorry.

So you suspect Blocky, Quarryman, and myself. (I wonder why :hmpf_bad:) So, these "three stooges", how are the suspected? Sure, it's fine to say that you suspect us, but an you tell us why? I've found reasons against you, if you want to hear them:

1: You look really mean.

2: You have been flip flopping a little.

3: You make the whole dang thing so confusing!

4: There was the whole Marcus thing.

5: You form these easy traitor findings, which I find suspicious. They could have easily been gathered from previous posts.

6: Even MORE! Not much, though. I won't go into it now. Also, we seem to have it in for each other, don't we?

Well... I'm starting to think you're a loyalist. But only just.

4: There was the whole Marcus thing.

What was this?

And I haven't been away. We can't leave the castle, remember? Not until the traitors are all found. I just hid in an alcove for a day because you were all getting on my nerves. Everyone needs some away time. I've had mine. Thanks. You're all great.

Why the, suspecting the Guards? If you have suspicions please ask questions and give reasons, no point saying I suspect X and then leaving it at that!, I agree that one of the Guards could be a Traitor, that by no measure means all the guards.

I will be continuing my Day investigations, Byron got stuck between days, I am glad to see a great lot of investigating going on and also to start seeing leads to people, even if only vague.

((I have been studying for exams, still am, I have quite a bit to cover, so if you do not hear from me for a little while please excuse this))

The whole Marcus thing was seeing him but not being able to confirm an identity, his presence made people suspect him, as he niether stepped in when he saw it happening nor seemed to pushed to find the killer.

Right, I've just got back from my grandmother's funeral (true you know), and what do I find?

The people discussing their choices and generally getting on with things nicely?

Oh, um, yes, that's what I was going to say. Er, well done everyone. Yes, indeed. So.

You were expecting to have to come back and do some growling, weren't you?

Well I was kind of looking forward to threatening to kill someone. It would make me feel a bit better.

You've got a twisted mind.

Yeah, well I have reason too. It's not every day you loss a loved one. Aha! Let's look at the current votes shall we?

Staudie: 2

Is that it?

Yes.

Aha! Well there we have it, I can growl after all! You cannot vote for members of the staff, especially when thy haven't even started yet.

Your such a spoil sport. :hmpf: Hey, host person!

What?

Whatch this! VOTE: Staudie (soon-to-be-employed commentator). How do you like that?

Hey, you can't do that!

Why not?

Because you work here.

And?

And, um, oh I don't know, you've made me lose my train of thought.

It probably crashed.

Yes, well, the reason I was commenting on that...

Other than just to growl at everyone.

... was because if there is no proper vote by the end of the day, then I will kill someone. No doubt about it.

Oh chill. It's not even Lunchtime yet. They've got plenty of time.

Yes, well, I want a death tonight, and it better be a good one!

Don't worry, I'll have something organised if they don't get the voting done. But I'm sure they will, so why we go and have a nice little game of Chinese Chess shall we? I've heard it's really good.

Oh OK then.

Hey, what about me? :cry_sad:

I'll come play with you later. Lead on oh great host person.

Lord Dragonator walks off, with some very strange looks. Nobody could figure out why he kept talking to himself...

((Dragonator, Sorry for your loss, My thoughts are with you during this time, I have lost all my grandparents and know the pain well. I hope you treasure the time you had and honour her with your fond memories. :cry_sad: , We shall declare today in Castle Kingdom a memorial to her memory, our future kings Grandmother))

I will see his plee with a vote for someone other than Struder, I VOTE SINNER

I UNVOTE SINNER, VOTE Commanderbly42/Paul (I will most likely change this later)

Its fine for us to suspect the guards, as no one seems to know who the traitors are at this stage, so everyone is a suspect.

I feel that other factions have been investigated fruitfully in the past so its time to turn our attention towards the guards in general.

Im not pointing fingers at this stage, merely suggesting we put all our minds together and investigate this avenue. It was fine for Lords to be mistrusted without any evidence except for a note from one Lord saying that another is a traitor. By a process of trial we managed to kill a traitorous Lord.

Its also tricky work suspecting the guards because at least two of you have replaced another person, so characters may have been represented differently.

and finally Hee Haw, Hee Haw

Sorry seems to be catching.....

Right, I've just got back from my grandmother's funeral (true you know)

Im sorry for your loss Dragonator, I only hope you had the chance to truly treasure your last few years with her and always look upon them fondly.

Get a spel ceker...

Vote: Staudie

What am I the new Hinckley? Everyone keeps mentioning me...

And Lord D. passes the knife to the other guy, he throws it, and HE SCORES! A hit to the head, that's one for Lord Dragonator!

What are you doing here?

I am the new commentator...

Out, Out, OUT!

Would it calm you down to know I make more then you do on this show?

Dragonator... Come here for a second...

*Sound of various metallic objects hitting various meaty objects*

I'll be going, I don't really start my job till day 11...

EDIT - Added a few typos...

Ouch, is that, that, thing supposed to comment on the game? Guess I can just as well commit suicide and be spared the pain...

But I have to try at least: Vote: Stauder / Staudie the annoying commentator.

Anyway, I guess I have to agree about it being likely that there is a traitor in the guard. Four guards, seems likely that one of them is a traitor. Obviously it wasn't Grim, we know that. And it's not me, I'll tell you that much. So it would have to be Fred or Byron. As for which one I'm not sure. (OOC: I certainly understand that I look a bit suspicious as I didn't take part in lynching Batbrick / general Marcus on day 6, but please note that day 6 went by very fast, on a Sunday afternoon/evening/night (in the CEST timezone that is), and I was tired after a weekend of partying at the time.)

Very sorry to hear about that, Draggy. If you need a little time, we'll try to keep ourselves amused making baseless accusations and generally flailing about in the dark like we have been for days, it's perfectly fine. No, really, it is. :sceptic:

Sorry to hear about your grandmother. I think Kyle did it...

That was in very poor taste. I'm disappointed in you. :hmpf_bad:

<whisper> Did he mention if she was a loyalist or a traitor? </whisper>

You know, Staudie, it's an honour to be voted for. It means you're very popular and everyone agrees that you should be the star of the show. Early the next morning, we all get up to see you, right there in the middle of the courtyard, giving the performance of a lifetime. It's your shot at immortality!

You should volunteer if we don't manage a vote.

Anyway, I guess I have to agree about it being likely that there is a traitor in the guard. Four guards, seems likely that one of them is a traitor.

I don't know if we can assume anything that way, since dividing up the traitors by classes would be way too obvious. It's like saying, "ok, we caught the bad Lord, so we can figure the others are all good" and then finding out that Lady Suzanne was a traitor too. Admittedly, I think it was a little too obvious making her bad after her husband was, but I guess that's probably realistic.

What am I saying here? Just that I wouldn't automatically assume that one guard is bad. They may all be bad, or they may all be loyal. If we find a bad one, it doesn't mean we've found them all. If we kill all of them and they were loyal, we've stepped in it.

What we need is some kind of logic to apply to know before we vote instead of just poking randomly in the dark and losing more loyalists.

Going back to previous clues, I do think that the carrot in the armour paintograph represented a giant face-eating bunny with slathering fangs and bad breath Lady Suzanne and her garden of doom, but what about the other figure? Does it most closely associate with any of our three guards, since it's clearly a military figure, or was it just General Marcus? For that matter, if we go by class, does he count as military, and potentially excuse the guards? I never was sure about his position in relation to others, I just figured he was an equal to General Spencer.

Speaking of which... if Trexxen is an investigator, like Calvin was, he isn't really a loyalist, but a mercenary, which would mean that we have even one less loyalist than we think. Plus, I don't personally know where the loyalities of such a character would lie, since they aren't on either side. It might be possible for a mercenary to win just by surviving at all costs. That means he wouldn't care who he accused or voted for, as long as it stalled his own death.

Pure speculation on that part, but it seems logical, otherwise Calvin would have simply been a traitor.

Two of everything, that seems to be how the game ... of life ... is going.

(I'm sorry, Dragonator. I've also lost my grandparents, and I know how hard it is to see loved ones go. I hope you enjoyed all of your moments with her.)

Anyway, so now that Suadie (I spell it that way purposfully ) is on his road to- ultimate fame, is that what you said, IS? Anyway, I think that this game... of life... is really gett-

Hi!

Oh, dang it. Hey, why don't you go to the courtyard and prepare yourself for you big debue.

Ok! Wanna come?

Uhhhh... I promised Mike that I'd... fence with him. So, I can't. Sorry.

Oh. Bye!

Bye! You little...

(OOC: I'm on the plane!)

Oh, Byron? I kicked Sprinkles into Day 5 .

Wait, how did I get into this anyway? I tought you can't enter after it has started...

Ahh! Ti's the guard! Back you foul tin cans! Back! I am armed with my futuristic wepons of doom! Back!

*Guard whispers to other guard* Is that a yo-yo?

I heard that! Back you beasts! Wait, I am the narrator... And so the guards left, trough the window... Of the highest room in the tallest tower...

Voat: Strawder

Two may play that game, if it is desired, old chap.

My vote is against Hinckley. Also, it should be noted that being the narrator I can't be thrown out.

Now, we go back to the Friars room where-Is that a soldier in there? Get a room you two!

Posted

So we only need two more votes to get a majority for Strudel? That should be achievable, shouldn't it? Also, if we do get a majority for him, what will happen? Will he simply be locked away in the deepest dungeon?

Posted

With that in mind, Quarryman's innards where smashed out by a lemon, wraped around a very large gold brick.

Nothing will happen, as I cannot be voted away  you see how much life I bring? Ignore the nearly but not quite dead guy for a second...

1. You don't get a vote.

2. You get double your EB News salary, which means you actually owe me twice as much as usual.

3. I assure you, we can throw you out.

Now behave, before I take over hosting and have you fall off the building repeatedly like Fatdork / General Marcus / Batbrick!

What exactly is the Friar doing? Oh dear... I guess that's some kind of ancient religious cult of draggy ceremonial thing. I'm not even asking about the potatoes.

I always suspected he didn't wear pants under there. :hmpf_bad:

1. Yes I do :P

2. 0x2=?

3. Not before I run amock!

I'm wondering why he has a gnome in that sack...

Tell me when to stop. I don't take hints.
