YellowFrog Posted March 30 Posted March 30 (edited) I built a knight diving for treasure for CCC this year, but I only just got around to posting it. A knight sees treasure sparkling at the bottom, and dives down. Holding in his breath in the fierce currents... The royal occupational-health-and-safety experts would not be impressed... But this knight has learnt from his predecessors, and has left his armour on the bank! The birds watch from the trees... The sheep from the riverbank... And his armour lies unused on the reeds. Will he reach the treasure, or will the currents claim his like his fallen comrade? Here's a behind-the-scenes video: Edited March 30 by YellowFrog Quote
GeoBrick Posted March 30 Posted March 30 A well-build scene indeed. Out of curiosity, did you use flextubes within those waterplants to get that wavey effect? Quote
Max_Lego Posted March 31 Posted March 31 A very beautiful build! Love how gorgeously you designed the trees and the waterplants - simple, yet effective. Quote

I always intended on using flextubes, but the ones I had were too long, and I didn't want to cut them, so I ended up just leaving them out and bending the column by itself... It's a little unstable, but it does the job in a photo! On 3/31/2025 at 3:37 PM, Max_Lego said: A very beautiful build!
