Hi, I am looking at imdb.com and this idea comes to my head :classic: . I am a great fan of all the MARVEL movies and of the comics too so I have a simple question: Which one is your favorite MARVEL movie from the new age (By new age I am referring to the movies of MARVEL starting from the first movie of Blade  ) and why?

My favorite one is the new Incredible Hulk movie with Edward Norton. I think is the best of all the MARVEL movies because of how the director put attention to all the little details in the movie and because of its script too :sweet: . I mean by little details, things like when the Abomination was still the commander who

I'm a DC boy, what can I say? I go for what's better

I never really cared for the Spiderman films, their repetitiveness was very irritating (MJ got kidnapped again *yawn*), and the Daredevil, Ghost Rider, Fantastic Four and original Hulk movies were very underwhelming. I really loved Iron Man however, that was awesome, and the new Hulk isn't too bad.

Iron Man, hands down. The best comic movie, ever, even better than TDK, in my opinion. It was executed so well, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I'm getting it on DVD as soon as I can.

The only thing I hated was how Iron Monger looked like as he was flying, my friends and I were crying with laughter in the cinema, he looked like a flying washing machine!

That may be true Mr DC, but how do you explain Batman & Robin. I'd rather see MJ get kidnapped 1000 more times than sit through that.

Iron Man was very good. A lot better than any of the Spider-Man movies and anything else. But, I love the new Batman movies.

Oh, I didn't see this post, since we posted at the same time. I agree, the Spider-Man films were repetitive, and I hope they leave it at 3. I thought DareDevil was pretty good though (although I've only seen it once, back in 2003, I think). I liked the original Hulk at first, but now I realize how bad it really was. I did not like FF, because it seemed so childish (both of them). I have yet to see the new Hulk, though.

Your arguments are filled with so many holes I'm afraid someone will fall through them. I never said I liked the original Batman movies, nor did I ever in fact state that DC makes better movies. Though I'm a comic fanboy too, and am sick and tired of directors changing major comics happenings.

Yeah, my previous comment didn't make a lot of sense, but my 7 year old cousin had just made me sit through Batman & Robin and I'm still working through some of the pyschological trauma it's caused me.

I'm actually more of a DC guy, but...

Seconded! Though, I did enjoy the Spiderman movies a lot as well, at least the first two.

I'm really excited about that Avengers movie foreshadowed at the end of Iron Man! :sweet: The cartoons were awesome, and having Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury makes the live-action version very promising! :cry_happy: Now if they could only get Angelina Jolie to be Black Widow  ...

I'll have to watch out for that. Obadiah Stane must be spinning in his grave.

However, Batman and Robin can be watched once (and only once) without dying of embarrassment. It's not as bad as some films.

As for the Marvel films, I'll be honest, I'm more of a DC fan like BB2. However, I'll gladly watch the Marvel films, as any comicbook film is worth checking out. In fact, just the other day I picked up Hellboy, Ghost Rider and Punisher for £6. I actually didn't think either of the FF films were that bad. But this year's Iron Man and Hulk were both great, good films and true to the source.

I just finished watching Iron Man and I have to say it was good, I do however like.

Spiderman, Fantastic Four, The Punisher, X Men, Fantastic Four......In no specific order. But I must say Robert Downey Jr. played a great Tony Stark.

The whole X-Men trillogy was the best for me.

Iron Man was good but not great. Spider-Man 1 was pretty nice but 2 and 3 were big disappointment for me. Fantastic Four 1 and 2 were crap. Daredevil had its good and bad moments. Elektra was boring. Ghost Rider was fun but stupid at times. The first Hulk was boring too, haven't seen The Incredilble Hulk yet.

Still, all X-Men movies were the best!

I love the new Hulk, Ironman and the second (and third !) X-men.

I would however go with the Fantastic Four (Rise of the Silver Surfer) because it introduces a new "power", I also like how Dr. Doom gets a role in this, and how they are forced to work together to save the world. For a short time, that is...

And last but not least...I  Jessica, I am going to marrie her and have lots of children with her. She will buy me a ferrari and build me a manor in England, buy me a castle in Austria and huge loads of Lego. (and Eurobricks too).

Mom calls: Little Zorro, its nine o'clock, bedtime now!

Zorro: Yes mommy. But first I want to look at some of Jessica Albas pictures on internet !

Mom: Ok, little Zorro, but leave your door unlocked this time !

My #1 Favorite MARVEL movie HAS to be Spider-Man. I love Spidey like cats love meowmix. The beginning reminds me of my life (that whole thing with MJ waving to Peter but it turned out she was waving to her friends happened to me in elementary school). X-Men 3 is a runner up.

p.s. speaking of MARVEL, does anybody know any good comic book stores? I just gotta find out if Sabretooth killed Moleman. I JUST GOTTA!!!!
