I felt like a good castle figbarf! Here are my dismounted knights!

I set myself the following rules. 1. Use only the original type triangular shields. 2. Try and use as many examples as possible. 3. No external body armour allowed. 4. Attempt to represent all (decent) Lego castle factions. Let me know if you think I missed any!

The weapon’s head is definitely not LEGO.

I have some weapon heads like that by a Malaysian company called Custom Crazy. The company no longer exists and the mould has gone with it AFAIK.

I don’t know if the OP used a Custom Crazy weapon head or another company’s that just looks like it.

Thanks, The crusader uses stickers (I can't remember if they are from Brickforge or BrickWarriors). The English knight is a custom printed figure from ktownbricks.

AmperZand is correct, they are from Custom Crazy but they don't seem to exist anymore.

I thought I recognized the crusader, I have a number of those sticker sheets.

My Uruk-Hai, sorry am working to improve my photography setup/quality:

Top rows of swordsmen, bottom left is the pikeman corps with reinforced arm and shoulder armor, bottom right is the heavy X-bow unit. Berserkers interspersed. Un-named commander on the center rock, and dual-wielding Vrasku bottom center.

Light swords, Reavers, and Feral Uruks on the left, led by Ugluk.

Nazg-hai elites on wargs on the right

@Bardan_Jusik Your random knights are really solid! Both blue knights have wonderful combos!  If you improve your presentation, these are sure to gain the appreciation they deserve!

@Bardan_Jusik  I like your figs.  Although the new viking helm without the beard does look a bit off.  The knights looks good, I like the one with the brown cape and grey torso and the red knight.  The darker ones look nice too especially the assassin in the middle looks sick.

Very glad I found this thread! Got back into LEGO this year, building for myself a couple "good guy" and "bad guy" medieval-fantasy themed armies, a couple Star Wars armies, a couple small LOTR armies, a ninja/samurai army, and an army of Randos. I'm not an army builder per se, but I want large enough forces to make for fun storylines. Here are my medieval and Rando armies!

That's right! I guess they're all a little random lol. I'm saving up for some Roman and Greek soldiers to give the Randoms a motley phalanx, but that's going to take a little time...

Nice armies! Welcome back to lego. Before you know it, you'll have amassed more legos than when you were a kid

Well, I guess it's my turn. Here is my only classic 'army', all the rest are just groups of two or three guys from that faction. I'll show off the newer ones a little later.

 

 

If anyone is interested, I have photos of each 'class' or type of soldier that I use, since Lego never gave the Black Knights a uniform look like the Black Falcons have, with a few exceptions.

Here is the second biggest, the Wolfpack.

@zoth33 Thanks! If you want to know how I made them I used this link and compiled them into one document at their right heights and heat-transferred them onto plain white fabric and then cut them all out, obviously.
