AwesomeStar Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Hey, recently I've been off school with a flu, but took those possible 3-days-of-boredom and started making this baby. Ladies and Gentelmen, I present to you... Dragon Dojo! Overview: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4004.jpg A nice 3/4 view of the dojo and it's gardens. Front: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4009.jpg Isn't that door huge? I couldn't find a way for it too open but it looks okay just for show anyway. Right Side: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4005.jpg Very boring, just wood.... Left Side: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4007.jpg Ooh, this is exciting! A back entrance into the dojo's meditation area, showing some of the fine architecture, and the Dragon River. Interior: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4019.jpg The best part of the MOC, I think. You can see the leaping ninja master and the dojo mat built into the redwood floor. All around the interior there is more of that architecture and there is also a small top level, where there are some seats to watch the fight, a stone idol to the Dragon Master, some food, books a chest of treasures and some old samurai armour. Meditation Area: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4023.jpg To the left of the mat is the meditation area, a tranquil place where ninja masters can masturbate, er, meditate. The Dragon River: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4011.jpg Now with 50% more bulrushes (good for hopping on!) Goodbye! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/AwesomeS...jo/img_4026.jpg Builder's Thoughts: I know some of the pictures are blurry but I'm in a hurry to take pictures for my Republic Cruiser review. So, yeah, sorry. The build took three days of fun, and it looks a lot better in real life. This is my first major MOC, and if I was able to achieve teh high standard of pictures you guys have, I'm sure it'd look a lot better. So thanks for looking, and have a good evening (or whatever time it is where you are!) -AwesomeStar Quote
tin7_creations Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 From your description, the moc sounds good, but I don't see any pictures. Quote
I Scream Clone Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Wow, he is sicker than we thought. Delirious even. Here is a link to show you how to post your pics Good luck Quote
AwesomeStar Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 As I said, will finish after school. It's after school now, so taking pictures right away :) Patience People! Quote
Sir Dillon Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 So you have not taken the pictures yet? Please do not start creation topics until you are ready to post your photographs. Quote
AwesomeStar Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 Duly noted. Pics are being uploaded to brickshelf as we speak or, eh, ah, type. Quote
AwesomeStar Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 Pics are up Please rate/slate! Quote
Sir Dillon Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 The creation looks pretty neat, but your pictures are too big to embed directly into your post, so I've changed the images to links. Please resize your images to 800 x 600 or smaller before embedding them in your post. See the tutorials on how to resize your images. [link] Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Ah, I can see the pictures, our MOC doesn't look bad! Great job on the walls and the interior. The landscape outside is nice too. Great job! Quote
AwesomeStar Posted February 3, 2009 Author Posted February 3, 2009 Thank you I couldn't resize pics, because they were deeplinked. BUT - there's probably something about this in the tutorial, so, er, yeah. Thanks, and I'm happy you liked it. Quote
Patriot720 Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 I like this MOC alot! But I'm not a big fan of the color scheme. Quote
