I don't see a grin or a tounge smile. :cry_sad:

Oh, oops. Sorry about that...there actually won't...be one. Howard Snitchman's death would be a favorite in my book! :sweet:

Posted
Conductor Max decides to turn around and go back down just before Snitchman feels a door handle toward the top. As he opens a heavy wooden door, a fresh breeze of air flows down the stairs as well as a bright light from the windows of the second floor.

Max suddenly feels something incredibly painful in his chest and can't seem to breath very well. He falls down the stairs.

He turns to go down the stairs in this description. He doesn't turn again to face upward. He's facing downward. That's what "go back down" means.

Ah, Hinckoles. You hurt my feelings. Howard is a crowd pleaser, and my favorite character to play. And, if you ignore all the BS I spew uout, I think I have a few useful insights. :cry_sad:

Er... yes. He turned, and his back faced towards you. The knife then came from the door you opened and stabbed him in the back. :hmpf:

You're spewing uout more than that.

It says it hit him in the chest... so unless I threw it and some how made it so that it pulled back and hit him in the chest while his back was to me, your idea just doesn't seem to work...

Going in the chest doesn't necessarily mean it's going in his front.

But we don't need a raquet, Ruffy.

Umm... Yeah we do. :look:

I'm hoping my character won't have to stay awake all night, since Jeb might not fetch the blankets for him  But atleast I get some health back right?

Batbrick Away!

Sorry. Chestal area to me, at least, is the front of the rib cage. The back is the back. That m ay be just me, but I think that's how the Brickster meant it to. We'll have to see what he says.

Not only that, but it's simple dynamics. Let's say I walk up the stairs. There are two people at the top and three at the bottom. At the moment, unless I'm walking backwards, I'm facing towards the two at the top. Now, I decide to walk back down. To do this, I've turned around. Now I'm facing the three at the bottom. Suddenly, however, one of the two at the top opens a door. From that door is a gust of wind which rushes down the stairs, and suddenly there's a knife in me. Get it?

I know. I'm mostly just giving you megablocks. But, there is a lout of BS to sift through to find any insight, and a la Scruffy's kettle, who knows if the insight is actually worth anything. How many times can you eat your own head? :hmpf::tongue:

Hey hey, I'm planning on turning that kettle into something BIG here!!!

and "racket" in scruffyish can mean an awful lot of things. I wouldn't get too optimistic if I were you

This is meant to come across as nice as possible, so I hope no one gets angry....

Only me or the narrator can say what my character does in a mafia story. No one else has the ability to say I went and did anything. I'm trying to be general here, and I don't want to pinpoint...

We can either follow the story, or rush ahead and risk Brickster shuttin' us down like he has already done to another thread.

So please, take care of your character, and do not write what other characters do. Thanks!

Hmmm... who would have tried to kill Max? There is the possibility of Elanor, she's trying to kill whoever ran over her fiance - but I was never told I was responsible for that. Then there's Mark, although I can't fathom what I did to him to make him want to kill me. Then there's the townies, as some of them might be on this evil council.

Then there's always the possiblity that the wind caused it to fly off a table upstairs and into Max. All very mysterious. I'm wishing I had the gun...

The Brickster, could you answer the question of if he was it in the front or back please? That would help our group a lot!

....

Point taken.

I'd seen that happen a number of times before but obviously I copied the wrong example. Sorry for that. Feel free to disregard my last posts @ MOTEE 6C.

Not that it matters that much, but please bear in mind that I haven't played any other online role-playing games before. As much as I would like to always play it by the book, obviously there's times when things get out of control. I'll try to avoid that in the future.

Yes, and I apologize for making you lick my wounds earlier.

Everybody also understands "Not denying the improv" rule too, right? If somebody says they slipped on a banana peel, you can't say "No, you didn't. There are no banana peels." Accept the circumstances your fellow players put in front of you. Only TheBrickster can reel in those things or change them. Thanks.

Have I also managed to do THAT in such a short time? ...Wow, I must be a total pain in the arr! I'll make sure I leg godt from now on; plus, I won't be posting half as much over the next few days, so things will get a chance to get back to "normal". If there is anything normal about Willoughbie, that is.

Boy, haven't ya ever heard of the old say'n, "it's not the length of the Johnson Rod that's impo'tent, but it's how you use it"?

Well, I didn't say you, but yes it was you. That's why I wrote this:

Hey Otters. Don't re-write what other people wrote. One of the aspects of playing this game is to accept the circumstances presented. If Brickster wants to change things he will, but respect the other players and work with what you're given... Thanks.

Then again, who knows at this point if I'm supposed to live or die. I have no indication of how best to get out of this particular situation.

It must have been at the bottom of the page or you missed it somehow. In your defense, that was the post where I had you licking my wounds. Sorry about that. I thought it was odd that people were staring at me dying, and then I took the trap off and then somebody re-wrote it. Anyway, please don't do that. Thanks. And I love playing with you guys. You're a lot of fun. I'm glad you're in the game. Thanks for adding your particular brand of creativity and humor. Love it!

A simple drawing, I know. Sorry. I used to be a famous artist, but then I sat on my own hand it roke it by accident. I haven't been able to draw well since. From the diagram, we can see that Lorraine and I were facing towards the door we had just opened. The conductor and we were back to back. Ellanor and Mark could both see eachother, and even if they couldn't see eachother the angle would of een hard. Which leave only the conductor doing it to himself, or the Grillin' guy. Or should I say Killin' guy! :oh:

I'd like to know - do you pick these up and leave them for humor's sake or do you actually just miss them?

Posted
Fast typer. You don't have to make fun of me constantly.

Oh, I'm just joking, we all love you.
