The Penguin Posted September 21, 2009 Author Posted September 21, 2009 The queen looks like she thinks: "Ah well, we execute him anyway." I like the way he is running out of his cell, it looks like a child running into the candy store. Indeed! ) Thank you, Captain Blackmoor! ) Nice MOC Penguin! Now I really want that set! The sad jester face works so well, and the Queen, she's gorgeous. Must admit, I'm curious what happens next...hmmm... Thank you, milady! ) The set is indeed good. Perhaps one of the best in all current castle waves. ) Next? ) I think Captain Blackmoor has already told us! ) Just joking! ) Nice little MOCs I thought I was the only one who had used the chain on a minifigs wrist like that. Anyway I like both MOCs theyre very nice and simple, And its nice for a change to have a small, simple MOC. Thank you very much! ) Hm, I guess, it's pretty extensively used, judging by Brickshelf. ) Thanks again! ) Quote
Batbrick Posted September 21, 2009 Posted September 21, 2009 Fantastic little vignette ThePenguin, I enjoy the sense of humour in it. Superb use of the jester's sad face, I'll have to utilise it myself sometime. I agree with others that the walls and floor could stand to be a little more detailed, but the vignette is a great example of using negative space effectively; the empitness of the room puts the spotlight on the inhabitants. And glad he managed to get out again, he looks like he's on top of the world! Batbrick Away! Quote
Ratshot Posted September 23, 2009 Posted September 23, 2009 (edited) Those chains are brilliant! I have a small army of slave traders of in which I am still collecting, and I couldn't seem to get a good bond for the slaves...until now. My slave traders will be so happy!!! I thought that the poor fella was a goner, How nice of the Queen to let him go. Edited September 23, 2009 by Ratshot Quote

Sir Dillon Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Slave trading is great You get to ride around on a stink camel all day , Not to mention that you get to whip people till your hearts content I realize you are joking, but it could still be considered in poor taste. Please try to stay away from this line of humour. Quote

Slave trading is great You get to ride around on a stink camel all day , Not to mention that you get to whip people till your hearts content Judging by your dream car, it seems you indeed support the slave-trading Confederate States of America. And you come from Canada, the country that hosted the slaves, as far as I know american history. I just hope you're trolling us. Otherwise it's a great shame that such barbaric and ghastly ideas are still around. I realize you are joking, but it could still be considered in poor taste. Otherwise it's a great shame that such barbaric and ghastly ideas are still around. I don't support slave trading in any way shape or form, I hate it to be exact. I just think it looks funny to see a bunch of LEGO minfigs in shackles. Regarding the General Lee, I think that you may have taken it the wrong way , l LOVE the CAR(69' Dodge Charger) and the Dukes of Hazzard. Just because I like the General Lee doesn't mean I support the flag on the roof. My apologies to anyone whom I may have offended. I realize you are joking, but it could still be considered in poor taste. Please try to stay away from this line of humour. I won't mention Slave trading any more Edited October 9, 2009 by Ratshot Quote
