MrDarthLord Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 10222 + Small Tie Fighter (free) + 3 Minifigs free (collector box) + a small PAB free. Last saturday was the final day of our local store (first french store) grand opening, and I used most of the deals to get as much LEGO as I could. I'll go back in december for my PAB and some figs. Vindicare Posted November 20, 2012 Posted November 20, 2012 (edited) Not buy, but...got real lucky today. Went to GameStop to ask about having Elrond. At first he said no. Turns out he had, and gave me one. Saved me $20! Later: I just bought a nicely discounted 9516 Jabbas Palace. Saved $55 in the end. Edited November 21, 2012 by Legocrazy81 Quote

Martin_B Posted November 24, 2012 Posted November 24, 2012 (edited) I bagged the Grand Emporium through the Brick Friday deal, which means not only did I get the 10% discount, delivery will be free (not sure what will happen if it turns up while I'm at work like most parcels do though... ) and I got a limited ed christmas set thrown in. I guess conventional wisdom suggests I keep the limited ed set MISB as an investment, but I think my inner AFOL will be prodding me in the ribs and whispering "build iiiitttt..." in my ear instead! TheLegoDr Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 My wife picked up Hobbit Riddles for the Ring set at wal-mart for my birthday. It's a neat little set. I think the Bilbo torso will be useful for multiples and supposedly Gollum is different from the LOTR version. Quote
K-Nut Posted November 25, 2012 Posted November 25, 2012 Found 4 elf polybags at TRU today. Highly recommended, they're such great minifigs. Quote

kibosh Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 Finally picked up the Orc Forge. I don't see it ever going on clearance since it's an exclusive. And it's not even included in Target's current Lord of the Rings sale. Quote

Kai NRG Posted November 30, 2012 Posted November 30, 2012 Went to my local store to pick up a minifig or two, much to my surprise I found a few packs of S3 and S5 bundled together (one from each), got one of those which turned out to be the Alien (S3) and Boxer (S5) (since they were packaged so you couldn't feel them... ), plus a S8 diver.
