RoryoCox Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Here is my version of the shop Quality Quidditch Supplies which can be found in Diagon Alley. It appears in the first two films. I tried to use many different shades of grey to get a nice texture and also some other details. I hope you like it and comments would be welcome. Harry in front of the shop- Quote
Big Cam Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Burman I must say this is really good. It looks like you think it would. I'm impressed, that window is just perfect! Really nice work! Quote
lightningtiger Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Nice job 'Burman', great use of different grey parts to obtain the look you wanted. The window is okay, though you'd wished that Lego made a bigger one - like the one in the photo above your MOC ! Anyway, great work and I'm a conformist! 'Burman' I'm a conformist! ! Quote
RoryoCox Posted October 2, 2010 Author Posted October 2, 2010 Thanks Guys. I too wish that there had been a better piece for the window but I think it works well. Quote
CMP Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 I've made a Weasley's Wizard Wheezes on LDD. Looks like we all have Diagon Alley Fever! Quote
prateek Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 (edited) Very nice! This will fit in really nicely with the other buildings in the official set Edited October 2, 2010 by prateek Quote
Legostein Posted October 2, 2010 Posted October 2, 2010 Hello! The shop looks really nice. It provides the right Harry Potter feeling when looking at it. I pretty much the bay window with the dark-trans-orange glass. How did you do that? It seems that standard glasses are only available in trans-black or light blue. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote

Matn Posted October 3, 2010 Posted October 3, 2010 Nice job, Burman. I like it very much, especially the ground floor. It really looks like a building made by wizards. Good idea for the window, making it orange with a yellow brick behind it. I think the window would look better if it were in the same style like the windows in Ollivanders shop (in the new Diagon Alley set). Other than that, again very nice job. I'm happy to see more LEGO Harry Potter creations on Eurobricks, so keep them coming! Quote
