Ravenclaw Student Philius Pylos attempts to become a Practitioner as he battles undefeated newcomer Johann Peterschmut. Philius wastes no time and begins attacking by targeting his opponent's legs, but the Slytherin quickly blocks with a timely Protego. Johann then goes on the offensive and unleashes a Crucio spell that the Ravenclaw successfully deflects. Continuing on his onslaught, the practitioner tries to sweep Philius with a low spell, but the student lunges into the air and casts a spell that hits Johann in the head. Seeing his rival dizzied by the last attack, Philius once again targets Johann's body only to be countered by the same spell by the Slytherin. Then both duelists become defensive in the last stance with a pair of useless Protegos.

The Ravenclaw student manages to score a hit and gain a slight lead after the first round, but the duel is still close and it's anybody's game. Send in your Round 2 Ds when ready.

I think he's referring to the fact that you insert the emoticons as s instead of just using the code, eg. :cl*ssic: or :wi*k:

Mid ~ 0 ----------------------- Protego ~ 0

Expelliarmus ~ 0 ----------------------- Silencio ~ 0

Crucio ~ 0 ------------------- Expelliarmus ~ 0

Protego ~ 0 ----------------------- Low ~ 0

Health: 5 --------------------- Health: 5

The Gryffindor Dippet confronts Diana Fabray about her dabbling in the dark arts. He aims a spell at her but she puts up a shield charm. Her spell is then blocked by Ollivander. The Slytherin tries to disarm her opponent but he silences her at the same time. She then tries the cruciatus curse but the Gryffindor disarms her before she can finish casting it. Fabray then blocks the final spell from Dippet.

Wasn't sure about the third line but I figured that they were basically both silencio's. If this is wrong I can change it. Send your DSs for round 2 when ready.

After a dominating second round in which the Slytherin Practitioner furiously clawed his way back into the game to turn the tables around, Philius is determined to make a comeback of his own, immediately attacking with a spell that hits Johann on the body. The Ravenclaw once again casts the same body shot but the Slytherin blocks with a Protego this time. The practitioner then attempts to hit Philius on the legs, and gravely miscalculates as the diminutive Ravenclaw dodges the attack, lunges into the air, and strikes Johann with a dizzying head spell. With the intense duel now even, Philius attempts to sweep practitioner with a low spell, but Johann sees and opening and unleashes a crucifying Crucio spell that electrocutes his rival. Sensing the end is near, the Slytherin casts one final spell to put the final nail in the coffin, as Philius feebly deflects the attack, but then falls unconscious to the ground, defeated yet again.

Winner: Johann Peterschmut!

Congatulations Admiral Ron! Still undefeated, great 2nd round comeback and eventual victory. Valiantly-fought Professor Flitwick, your final round comeback just fell 1 point short, better luck next time. You may now update your character profiles accordingly.

Slytherin Practitioner Johann Peterschmut looks to keep his record unblemished as he battles fellow practitioner Frankfurt Flashburn, who's aiming to become an Adept with one more victory. The Hufflepuff wastes no time and immediately casts a quick Stupefy that catches Johann off-guard and stuns him. Frankfurt aggressively follows-up with a high-arching headshot but the grounded Slytherin unleashes a Crucio that slams his opponent against the wall. Johann sees an opening, aiming at the Hufflepuff's body, only to be surprised with a low-seeping spell from Frankfurt that knocks him to the floor. The back-abd-forth opening round finishes with Frankfurt holding a slim lead over Johann. Who shall gain the significant advantage in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready.
