EnVyThePain Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 This is a quote from another thread by another person: You can do it. It's a simple controler in your NXT software. Go to extra (in the software), then remote, and you have it. I'ts only a simple remote (for USB/bluetooth) Please help me find the extras menu, I just cant find it! Its really important, I have a sumo competition in 2 days! Quote
DLuders Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 Perhaps the "NXT Off-Brick Controllers (Remote Controls)" list on the TeamHassenplug.org webpage would help. Scroll 2/3 of the way down that list to find the list, and the hyperlinks to the software. Quote
yoraish Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 So you need a remote controlled robot via a computer? If so: For PC: OnBrick For mac: NeXT Tools Some very nice programs, look for them on google. Quote

imajor Posted December 16, 2010 Posted December 16, 2010 Do you have the first or the second version of the NXT set? I think remote control was missing from the first version, it was only possible to control your robot using a bluetooth capable device. Personaly I couldn't control it using my laptop, even if it has bluetooth in it. Quote

AndyC Posted December 17, 2010 Posted December 17, 2010 In the NXT 2.0 software it's in the Tools menu, at least in the English version. Quote
