Chuck Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 I have a theory for the next two years of exo-force: It will follow the same line as KK2 Year 2- -Each of their original mechs will be updated (Supernova and Silent Strike (blue mech from hq) are stored away) -The team will infiltrate the Robot's base Year3- -Hikaru is made sensei -2 new pilots -2 elite robots -they try and get some important item -l2k- Quote
Zane Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 Yeah, that's just Knights Kingdom transferred into Exo-Force... Quote
eNiGMa Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 I actually wouldn't be surprised at all if this happened. It makes sense and allows for some growth within the theme. Quote
Chuck Posted May 27, 2006 Author Posted May 27, 2006 Yeah, that's just Knights Kingdom transferred into Exo-Force... hair and armor colors sync up light blue armor/hair = main character green armor/hair = reckless one purple armor/hair= the one who knows all about the tools they use red armor/hair=the one you barely see speaking Quote
Zane Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 But Hikaru isn't the main character - Takeshi's the leader, so it be him. Quote
Chuck Posted May 27, 2006 Author Posted May 27, 2006 But Hikaru isn't the main character - Takeshi's the leader, so it be him. Hikaru is the one who is focused on the most. Also, his mecha is the title mehca. -l2k- Quote
natelite Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 i hate it, absolutely hated it. :-P the generic human is dressed in orange. the army builder mech is in orange. do you know how hard it is to get orange helmet? i tried bricklink and it's bloody expensive. you know what's a great color? tan! now that's a great military color. anyway, right now i have white for the airforce and orange for the army. the red human minifig is sort of the odd one. i'll take pictures of my human forces one day...maybe when i'm motivated... l2k is right. the blue hair guy is the leader. you can read it in the profile. Deinonychus Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 Man I hope not...I'm looking forward to a lot of new mechs in a lot of new colors...I think if anything LEGO needs to focus more on the toys and less on any sort of underlying storyline. Quote
Zane Posted May 27, 2006 Posted May 27, 2006 No, Takeshi is the leader. In the Nick shorts, he turned out to be the leader. So there! :-P Quote

NO ORANGE PLEASE! Quote
ReZourceman Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 I actually like orange. My ideal thoughts for coming years. 2007: Wave One ---- - New Female Pilot, with Pink and Navy Mech Quote
natelite Posted May 28, 2006 Posted May 28, 2006 no offense but orange is hard to coordinate well with other colors. tan would have been much preferred. :-) i prefer a single color theme or at most 2. it facilitates army building and allows for factions. colorful mechs are fine but it doesnt do well for mechwarrior aka massive battle type concept, which i am into. think of what KK is to CC, and you will get my drift. KK concept is way too colorful for the army building, generic soldier concept of CC. btw nice ideas. more mechs would be nice. i like to see newer variation to the humanoid mechs. in particular, i like to see more quadruped mechs instead of more biped mechs. gerkenz Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 no offense but orange is hard to coordinate well with other colors. I think orange is a great color for mecha...just combine it with gray, dark gray, new gray or other gray :-D I would like to see some bigger mechs in the future like the combined modells but more stable and without the color-mix. Kahgarak Posted May 30, 2006 Posted May 30, 2006 I would like some Hardsuits and Fasa Studios styled mechs next year. Quote
