Has anyone else noticed that the ship in that preview is exactly copied from a Jedi Knight game, or another game?

I remember it from one of those oldies..

It looks just like the train Starkiller rides in TFU2 to me. :sceptic:

I also remember something like that from the Shadows of the Empire game... I guess all hover rails in SW look alike. :look:

Damn.

Ventress double-crossed everyone, yet at the end, everyone got what he/she deserved.

And although everyone was double-crossed, she achieved the mission goal: delivering the box.

I like the development of Ventress: though capable of making her own choices and, in doing so, of making the right choices, she remains powerfull and dangerous.

Ventress definetly is my favorite character :classic:

I wonder if we'll see her in the past two episodes and if her destiny and her new freedom are connected to Mother Talzin's plans and Savage Opress.

Lucas-physics strike again!

Can someone tell me how a planet with atmospheric pressure so high it can crush a spaceship has gravity low enough to be habitable? And not crush the space elevator at the same time? I'm no expert in physics, but...

Oh, and

Star Wars ninjas. :hmpf:

The physics definitely didn't make sense here, but that's nothing new in Star Wars. My guess is that the elevator was specifically designed to withstand the pressure somehow. What I don't understand is how the surface atmosphere is pressurized, but the one in the caves isn't.

And what's wrong with ninjas? You know, except for the fact that they are overused in fiction in general. They were pretty cool, and with so many groups of assassins in the galaxy, it seems likely that there would be ninjas too. Heck, Yoda often reminds me of Sensei Wu.

Well...it's Star Wars! And no, the guy reminded me of Brandon Lee!

I'm new here, but why is everyone using spoiler tags? I mean, the title of the thread does sorta imply spoilers, no?

Anyways, I did love this episode. It was predictable that the bounty hunters were working for the bad guys, but what was in the cargo was a surprise to me. So props to the writers for good story telling there. I'm still not sure about Assaj though, she's gone from aspiring to be a sith to being a defender of justice in a very short number of episodes. And what was all that about at the end? Was there some information she picked up that prompted the whole "I now have purpose" speel?

I agree, the use of spoiler tags is unnecessary since the episode already aired.

I generally agree on that.

When using spoilers, I was thinking of those who prefer to download the full arc before watching it.

Personally, I liked the ninja-styled Kage Warriors. SW ninja were an idea that I had a while back, so seeing them in this episode was .

The elevator likely used some type of shielding to prevent it from imploding. That, or it used anti-gravity to push against the atmosphere.

I liked that the reason for traveling by sub-tram was explained, rather than it simply being "That's how it is. Just go with it."

I, also, did not see the nature of the "cargo" comming.

Overall, a very good episode.

I assumed that, somehow, the caves were an isolated, airtight system, with a ridiculously huge life support system to convert carbon dioxide back into oxygen. They should still be all crushed by the gravity, though.

Or there could have been plants living in the caves.

Why would they be crushed be gravity? Are people crushed be gravity when underground (mines, tunnels, etc)?

If there can be Jedi "Knights" in a galaxy far far away, I don't see why there couldn't be "Ninjas" in that same galaxy.

I'm pleasantly surprised that a Star Wars The Clone Wars episode without any Jedi or Clones has become one of my favorite episodes in 4 seasons. I'm really curious as to what will happen with Asajj Ventress. She has no allegiance to any side and fights for only herself.
