jonwil Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 If they did another Disney CMF, I would like to see all the Disney Princesses that have yet to show up in minifig form. Also Wreck-It-Ralph stuff would be cool to see. And yes to inside out as well (although I suspect if we did get Inside Out figs we would probably get one of the ones from the new movie like Anxiety rather than just the OG movie ones) Quote
DarrellBricker Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 (edited) Not that I wouldn't love Wreck-It-Ralph figure, the problem with Ralph is he would need to be a Big Fig to truly be accurate, and there's no way they would put a Big Fig in a CMF bag. Now a set with a Big Fig Ralph, Vanellope, and King Candy, maybe even Fix-It Felix and Sergeant Calhoun with some candy racecars and a Cy-Bug build ... yeah, I'd dig that. If they did do a Disney Series 3, I'd like to see Arthur and Merlin from The Sword and the Stone, and Mad Madame Mim, too; Mowgli from the Jungle Book; Roger and Anita from 101 Dalmatians with Pongo and Perdy; a couple of the characters from Encanto in Minifigure form; Snow White and Prince Charming (can't justify buying the castle, even as gorgeous as it is); John Smith and the bad guy from Pochahontas; Esmerelda (and her goat!) and Quasimodo from The Hunchback of Notre Dame; ... yeah, the list could go on and on. It's definitely a never-ending well of ideas. Edited May 30, 2024 by DarrellBricker Additional stuff Quote

Murdoch17 Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 I'd like to see Tron (needs no introduction) and Sark (the MCP's second-in- command) from the original TRON film in a CMF. If it were a set, you could throw in the Master Control Program mainframe and Flynn jumping into it. (...and with the third TRON film in production, it might even be possible!) As for the other ten: - Milo (Atlantis the Lost Empire) - Princess Kida (same as above) - Jasper Badun (classic animated 101 Dalmatians) - Horace Badun (same as above) - Mary Poppins (from the original film) - Mr. Banks (same as above) - Madame Medusa (the Rescuers) w/ Bernard the mouse as an accessory - Penny (the Rescuers) w/ Miss Bianca as an accessory - Christopher Robin (Winnie The Pooh) - Jim Hawkins (Treasure Planet) with map accessory Companion sets: - The submarine Ulysses from Atlantis with the rest of the adventurers looking for Atlantis except Commander Rourke and Helga, who would come with the balloon from the finale. Rourke would also have a crystal variant as well - The wrecked Devil's Bayou steamboat from The Rescuers, which comes with Mr. Snoops figure, Brutus and Nero crocodiles. Boat can fall apart / blow up with play features - RLS Legacy space vessel with half the pirates figs, also including Cpt. Amelia, Dr. Delbert Doppler and Mr. Arrow (comes withy both styles of flags to denote who controls the ship!) - Treasure Planet core with more pirates including John Silver w/ morph accessory and B. E. N. (Many more explosion features are also found here) Quote
Karalora Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 (edited) Lately I've been wishing to get Jose Carioca and Panchito Pistoles, to group with Donald Duck for The Three Caballeros! Panchito would probably be a real sticking point though since his signature items are his twin six-shooters--he's even named after them! (Maybe if they just call him Panchito and give him a guitar instead...) Edited May 30, 2024 by Karalora Quote
Lion King Posted May 30, 2024 Posted May 30, 2024 I still don’t think we will see another Disney seires next year after 100th Disney Seires (so-called Series 3) but I would love to get Christopher Robin for Pooh’s home set! And yes to Jim Hawkins! I would be interested to see Nintendo CMF Series (not only Super Mario…). Quote

He should be quite easy to make yourself. Some cheap generic parts, that resemble one of his outfits and Shaggy´s Hair from the Scooby Doo line. I´d just like to see more characters from Ducksburg. Beagle Boys, Gyro Gearloose, Launchpad McQuack, Magica de Spell... At best the Ducks rebootet with medium legs. The best Set Lego could do would be a money bin to me. I could definitely see things like the concert stages for fests working as cool sets. Quote
Agent Kallus Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Thinking of licensed CMFs I think Zelda is a decently lightly shout out, maybe general Nintendo ( though that would almost require a mario fig and the Digifig line might not want minifig competition), some others a think are decently likely would another DC, Marvel or Disney series, a lord of the rings series, a sports team of some kind (), Doctor Who ( probably not that likely but I'd like it and ones like D&D which I also like came out of left field), DreamWorks, Simpsons again I guess ( though there'd have to be a few repeats and I think the leaker's hint was about a set not a CMF), Fortnite (), Avatar ( or as part of Nickelodeon series), cartoon network and For less likely but still vaguely possible ones that I'd want: Percy Jackson, Star wars wars the high republic ( okay they've made it clear they're probably not intending to ever do a star wars series and if they did it wouldn't be based on a book series but it's so good you guys), Pokémon ( unlikely as it's with mega but you never know), Baldur's gate 3 ( never going to happen it's too adult in almost everyway, but it is also among best video games to ever exist, I might just have to get the Minifigs.me versions though they're somewhat over detailed) Quote

Also, in case this is indeed Simpsons S3 the whole family is a given. I'd say their Sunday Best outfits is the way to go I would hope not. They already did Lisa in her Sunday Best outfit. They did Homer and Marge in their "date night" clothes. Bart in Sunday Best would look just like Homer's torso from that. Homer in Sunday Best would just be a different colour tie. Marge, a slightly different design dress, and Maggie would be the same as before. If they did the family again, I'd prefer some new costumes such as Bart as a daredevil or one of his Treehouse of Horror outfits, Homer in so many different possible outfits, Marge as a witch, business woman, etc and so on. Lion King Posted May 31, 2024 Posted May 31, 2024 Back to Simpsons Series topic, eh? I wonder if we would see a Maggie baby figure instead of an actual minifigure with short legs. Quote

Marge needs printed or new moulded legs to have shoes and a larger head with longer hair would be fittng. Lisa gets a skirt piece out of plastic, Bart some cool accessory… mayen short movable legs? that way the repeated family would really rock . but I mean, it was already said, there wońt be a cmf but a d2c Edited June 1, 2024 by Gorilla94 Quote

Ok, that is true. of course. i should have said, that the rumor of getting one was an interpretation error. At the moment we just don´t have any information about a Simpsons cmf happening. Personally I doubt it. I mean, they will probably do a Krusty burger set, which will stay a lot behind their expectations in terms of sales (the house was very special: one of the first adult oriented sets, appeared closely to the Simpsons movie and everything... now we had terrible series after terrible series - some eposodes in fact without a single setup-punchline-joke - and the market is flooded with sets for adults) and then end the IP again. Maybe we will get the Comic Book store, too, if they plan 2 Years in advance. Can´t see the IP carry a CMF at that point. Quote
CloneCommando99 Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 If Lego were to do a 2nd Series of the DC CMF, next year would be a prime time to do it with the release of Superman kickstarting the new DCU. Quote

jonwil Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Unless something has changed license wise (and I doubt it has) a LOTR CMF is not possible. The license held by Games Workshop for that Warhammer lord-of-the-rings thing limits what LEGO can do with minifigs in sets. Its why https://brickset.com/sets/9471-1/Uruk-Hai-Army has so much brick content compared to the minifigs (even compared to, say, a Star Wars battle pack) and why there can't be any sets from LEGO that make it easy to army-build. Besides that I have no idea what could be included, The skunk and cat will never be made because political correctness. speedy as micro scale would be cool, to, but I cańt see a figure he could come with. Sesame Street would be awesome. I need the Count. Muppets… not sure, how to full a whole series. Quote
