xenologer Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 Just noticed when I wanted to order a few of my own models that they are Inexplicably Not Available for purchase. After some careful experimenting, I determine that the big Tires part 30391 are the key factor, removing them makes the set Available Now. Its not just my sets either, checking through the online galleries, every set that uses that part is Not Available. I'm emailing Customer Service, but has anyone here also notice and gotten a reply already? The tire is still in the brick pallets as Available Bricks....They dont seem to have expired anything... So, Bug? Quote
Endigo Vandane Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 The same thing happened to some of my models. It only lasted a couple of days. Maybe less. After that they were available again. I wouldn't worry about it. Quote
xenologer Posted July 13, 2006 Author Posted July 13, 2006 Whoa! someone else who actually uses LDD Factory I was seriously expecting no replies at all, it doesnt seem to popular here... whats your lego.com username? Quote
Endigo Vandane Posted July 13, 2006 Posted July 13, 2006 tsds01 I only have a couple of things in the gallery, nothing spectacular. I still prefer the real thing to digital. I like your tanker. Quote
xenologer Posted July 15, 2006 Author Posted July 15, 2006 Hey cool!, Actually, I recognize your username, a while ago I wrote it down since I saw your microscale space fighters in the Latest Creations gallery and though they were neat. Quote
Endigo Vandane Posted July 15, 2006 Posted July 15, 2006 Thanks, glad you like them. What do you think of the parts selection available? Personally I would like to see some more 1 x 1 slopes added in different colors. Transparent tiles would be nice as well. Maybe when they do an update, if they do an update..... Quote
kotua Posted July 16, 2006 Posted July 16, 2006 Sometimes Lego runs low on some parts...and that's why theyre momentarily marked as "not available". Sometimes that's annoying because they don't put the price(It's marked as 0.00 USD), and one can't check the price of a model... I hope lego adds more 1x1 tile pieces in different colors and with printed stuff....and more windshields... Quote
xenologer Posted July 30, 2006 Author Posted July 30, 2006 Yeargh! As ususal they pick the exact time that I want to check the price on some of my new ideas to go 'unvailable' I suppose it's a good sign though right? having inventory run out so often, is a sign that there is more demmand for LDD models than they expected....
