Ro87n Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I'll take a water and then I think I need to go help Brody with his Forensic work..... Here is your water, you may keep the rest of the bottle Anything else? What is that noise agian...? *is going to take a look at the far end of the pub*
MetroiD Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 What he said was that "less alcohol results in better judgement" and "if local businesses closed down, it would mean we really are panicking. That's "what she said". No pun intended! I have more housework to tend to, but I'd be more than happy to help Payton out with his gardening, although to be perfectly honest, I don't think I saw any petunias around here to begin with...
Scorpiox Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Oh my! *Is violently sick* To think that our mayor is just standing there surrounded by goons! We need to try and sort ourselves out and think of a plan to rid ourselves of those scummy little... Things would be a whole lot easier if that FBI agent hadn't , well I hate saying that word. Dear Horsey, I will try and calm down, but what you are saying suggests ALLyou care about is that pub when a furry life has been lost. I'm probably overeacting but I am scared, If they come after me then no-one will be here to protect my children.
Pandora Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I'm probably overeacting but I am scared, If they come after me then no-one will be here to protect my children. Aww, thanks Mum, you're the best. I might have been able to save him had you gotten him to me. Maybe if all 17 bullets had gone through his little toe... Otherwise, you'd have to be some sort of necromancer. I have more housework to tend to, but I'd be more than happy to help Payton out with his gardening, although to be perfectly honest, I don't think I saw any petunias around here to begin with... Betsy, you wound me. I spend all my time trying to keep Fabuland ...well, fabulous, with beautiful flowers and green, green grass and nobody notices. Can we now re-focus on the fact that our idyllic lives are now in grave peril from mafia that are skilled enough to kill an FBI agent under our very noses (or snouts)?
Sirius Black Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 I agree that we need to focus on rooting out these scum. Once we do that, then we can get back to our drinks. (If the bar is still intact ) Waiter, where's my water? I ordered it this morning? The main question now is how to root them out. Any ideas?
Masked Builder Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Maybe if all 17 bullets had gone through his little toe... Otherwise, you'd have to be some sort of necromancer. What little toe? He wouldn't have had one left after the first few bullets....
Waterbrick Down Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 How could you! We've got a dead furry forest critter lying before us and all you care about is that pub of yours!!! ... Dear Horsey, I will try and calm down, but what you are saying suggests ALLyou care about is that pub when a furry life has been lost. I'm just as upset about the loss of a fellow officer as all of you, but to correct the assumptions made thus far he was definitely a fine feathered individual, unless somebody knows something that I have yet to been told. Also, thank you Doctor Candace Cow for your offer to help with the autopsy hopefully we'll be able to come up with something. In the meantime, I agree with you Payton. Although it pains me to think about it, we will need to make some sort of decision fairly soon as to who the mayor and his "consultants" should interrogate for the good of our fair town. Has anyone seen or heard from Randy since this morning's meeting?
Rumble Strike Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 But how are we going to decide? We don't even know how many of us could be Mafia. It's like a horrible nightmare!
KotZ Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Now I think we are playing into the Mafia's hands. We're all worrying, and by doing that, we won't get anything accomplished. We have to realize there is a set amount of Mafia, unless the Mayor is Scum and decides to allow people to settle here. (I like our town how it is, without the bad scum, that is) I see there is one, two, three, 13 of us- wait, 16, sorry, I'm not good at math. That means there is... well, who knows how many scum? If anything, we need to start weeding them out.
Dannylonglegs Posted May 9, 2011 Posted May 9, 2011 Well, The Mayor did draw attention to Chief Brody in a negative manner, and since we all assume him to be scummy, then we can assume that Brody is not scum. Or, using reverse psychology, the mayor, being scummy, may assume that we would come to this conclusion if he behaved negatively towards Brody, therefor making us believe Brody to be innocent when he really isn't. Or maybe, the mayor would suspect that we would suspect this and then vote off Brody so that we would have voted for an innocent! I'm so confused! I need my closet!

Confusion is the state the mafia all want us to be in. I'll admit that I am not the mayor's favorite person ever since the Governor reinstated me as "Chief of Police" and sent him packing back to his mayoral office in an incident a while back, but I believe the mayor's statements should be treated with suspicion now that he has started depending upon his shadowy "consultants" assistance for legal matters instead of the police. Personally I would like to hear from Randy Rabbit who has yet to make any comments about the incident this morning, before we start throwing out accusations. That way we'll have at least obtained a statement from everyone about their feelings upon the issues at hand.

I haven't gone through and checked, but I do agree that knowing what everyone is saying about this would help us greatly. As for our "dear" mayor, we need to take everything he says with a grain of salt, or maybe two or three, but we still need to take it, as he may give us useful information

Governor? Incident? Am I the only one around here who's never heard of such a thing? Why don't you fill us in on that story, Chief? As to my husband - it's absolutely like him to just drop off the face of the Earth like that. I sure hope he's safe, he hasn't been home today... Hence my initial reaction against the pub.
Skull-Mark_Ladybug Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Betsy do you know anywhere else your husband might be? The Mayor will expecting our first conviction soon and I think it will be imperative that we have a say from everyone before we make that decision.
Masked Builder Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Well it doesn't look like we're getting anywhere with accusations. I do think we should see if Randy Rabbit turns up and whether he wants to have some sort of say.
Hinckley Posted May 10, 2011 Author Posted May 10, 2011 In the late morning, Patrick Parrot stopped by the Fabuland Bakery for his daily late morning croissant. "Oh hello Mafia goon Bruno Bear," Patrick Parrot said, "I didn't know you worked at the Fabuland bakery." "Oh...um...yes," Bruno Bear answered, "I'm a master baker. Hee heh heh." "Can I have a croissant please?" Patrick Parrot requested. "Sure," Bruno Bear answered cheerfully, "Would you like extra bullets with that?" "Hmmmm..." Patrick Parrot pondered, "Extra bullets. I've never been asked that before. Do I? Might be nice..." Ratatatatatatatatatatat!!!!!!!! "Ha ha sucker!" Bruno Bear laughed, "I didn't even make any croissants. Although I could...I'm actually a pretty good baker. I can make a real mean chocolate layer cake...oh, why am I going on like this? You're dead..." ____________________ You may now vote. You have 48 hours to reach a conviction. With 16 players, it takes 9 votes to lynch. Once a conviction has been reached, it cannot be overturned. Alex the Great Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Well an FBI agent dead, our reporter dead, the mayor is corrupted, and my beloved pub closing down; what next? Sorry I have been away all day, I have been distraught about all the events going on. I truly do love you Betsy!
Fuzzylegobricks Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 My Book group partner!!!! aghhhh, poor poor fellow is dead. Hey guys I think he could of taken pictures of important things right? Maybe that is why they killed the poor guy, he had something they didn't want us to know about!!!! Someone should volunteer to go and get the camera so we can all check it. I would volunteer but I have to cool off at the garden. If the bar is running low I will volunteer to work a shift in the "waitress Business" but first I have to get my husbands permission, Evan should I help out our fellow buddie Hunter Horse? or is it a risk for me?
Dannylonglegs Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Why is Patrick Parrot lying down? Wait... Oh Gawd he's dead too! What are we to do!? On a lighter note though, we can now be sure that the mayor is scum if we weren't already.
Skull-Mark_Ladybug Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Bianca if you feel it would be best to help Hunter out, I won't stop you. Although you could also plan out the funeral arrangements for Patrick.
Fuzzylegobricks Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Ok honey I will organizes them for sometime in the next few days.
MetroiD Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 *sigh* Patrick was the last bird in this forest... just shot down, like that. We now have two feathery critters dead within a single day and it seems as though the mayor and his goons can just kill pretty much anyone they decide to get rid of... It's a scary prospect that the interrogations of fellow townsfolk will be held by them. Sorry I have been away all day, I have been distraught about all the events going on. I truly do love you Betsy! It is always wonderful to hear that, dear hubby, but I honestly do wish that you could show it more instead of just speaking about it. I need love and support as much as anyone else, especially given the tragic circumstances - did you not consider the fact that your poor wife could be just as distraught as yourself and in need of someone's strong arms to fall into?... Unlike other girls, I'm not going to fantasize about other men and chase around different species - I've got my own man to love. Please don't disappear on me again, I need you by my side, I'm starting to feel genuinely scared... If the bar is running low I will volunteer to work a shift in the "waitress Business" but first I have to get my husbands permission, Evan should I help out our fellow buddie Hunter Horse? or is it a risk for me? What does working at the bar have to do with these murders at all? Why do we have to keep talking about that stupid bar instead of focusing on finding out who the vermin among us are! Of course we should check out poor Patrick's camera for any evidence, but I also wonder who was supposed to be working in the Fabuland bakery in the first place?

I am pretty sure everyone is scared out of their wits, though I agree with you we should focus on this recent tragedy. Who is the owner to this bakery? Please speak up. Oh and thanks to Bianca for offering to help out. You're welcome anytime.
Ro87n Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 *a scream out of the back of the pub and the lights seems to be turnd off there* HELP!! Could somebody please help me untie me
Masked Builder Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Another one dead! Boy we do need to figure out who is doing this...... Did anyone go get that camera?
