Blondie-Wan Posted July 23, 2011 Posted July 23, 2011 That part got a redesign that omits the little "stems" a couple years ago. It was recently discussed here. As far as I know, the new version is completely replacing the older one, presumably because they no longer intend to make use of those little pins on the side (I believe in some older sets they were used for attaching flames to things like the inside of dragon mouths for a fire-breathing effect).
